A Thank you from the Hidden Dragon, to the members of the Synod and the Holy Inquisition

The Hidden Dragon and the Dragon Quarter have always existed purely because of the benevolence of House Kade. In this current conflict we, of course, side with the true Regalian Empire. We, as a collective, would like to express to the entirety of the city that, unsurprisingly, we continue to stand with the men and women of the Regalian Empire. As such, though, we must give thanks where it is due!

To The Regalian Synod,

We thank you for your business, and blessing our halls and whores with your holy presence! If not for you, many of them would not have had the opportunity to express themselves through their art of intercourse and dance and receive the practice dearly needed to continue participating in our trade. In particular, we would like to thank:

  • Gustavo D'Goss, a loved patron who has brought his most carnal pleasures to the Hidden Dragon and partaken in Florencia Molinero, the Slizzar Alejandra, Griselda and Himari at once in carnal companionship with Inquisitor Emilio, Sulama al Moussad, and Griselda again. On top of this, we must also thank Gustavo, Emlio, and Alfred for partaking in three of our finest: Himari, Sulama, and Alejandra the Slizzar in what must be the Synod's largest display of carnal expression! Gustavo D'Goss has donated a total of 2,870 Regals to our fine entertainers!
  • Alfred Rolfe for his repeated visits and not only satisfying our entertainers, but also satisfying Gustavo and Emilio on multiple occasions.
  • Emilio for not only satisfying our entertainers, but also satisfying Gustavo and Alfred on multiple occasions. ( Don't worry, Emilio, we won't tell your wife. )
  • The entirety of the Inquisition in attendance of a Bachelor Party where both public and private displays of carnal action were present!

In a grandiose thank you from the Hidden Dragon, we declare you esteemed members for life! In most instances The Hidden Dragon refrains from releasing any sort of information, but in this instance we thought it necessary to highlight those who have been so generous to us over the past several months. We encourage the rest of you to continue visiting, and stand opposed to the den of corruption and sin that is the Regalian Synod. Who would think that the home of debauchery in Regalia would stand above the Holy Synod and their Inquisitors?

Sincerely,

The Hidden Dragon Staff

Safya Al-Naaji, Grand Madame of the Hidden Dragon

Alazael Contallej'a, Acting Manager of the Hidden Dragon

Leufroy puts a hand to his chin, "Oh yes, I removed them for those vices." and then went back to writing on his desk.

Jakob Ludevar sighed "All this lot has already been punished"

Anna released a howl of laughter, nonetheless still grinning as she shook her head. "Nearly three thousand? Good for them!"

Ike took a good while to read the letter, responding simply with: ".. Heh. Ironic."

Lea sighed, averting her eyes from the parchment. She wadded it up in her fist, before tossing it aside on the street. She continued on down the road, shaking her head.

"I knew it'd come back to bite him."

Jarrik raises both brows, somewhat appalled by the gross amount of regals spent for the brothel.

A certain Anglian continues to sip tea within her Estate, silently cackling up the liquid for a moment.
"This is precious."

Amelina read over post, letting out a laugh as she read and it shoved it towards her sister Marie,

"The SAME Emilio who attempted to strong-arm us just the other day, throwing insults us. He seems to enjoy his pleasures and with non-humans at that! How terribly heretic of them."

@mochalattes

"A petty blow from a despicable establishment. Spirit help them. After all, they are in charge of those harlots and the heresy which brews within such a building." stated an elderly Reverend within the Cathedral.

"Gustavo 'Get Some' d'Goss strikes again!"
Leufred chuckled to himself, glad those men had already been punished.

Marie simply continued to laugh along with her sister, pointing out the Emilio bit.
"Let the man rest. Allow him to strong-arm the entertainers! I'm sure they'd /very/ much enjoy the show. I truly wonder who he believes he is speaking to- or as. Bahaha!"
After reading over the claims a few times, the Anglian continued sipping at her tea, returning the conversation with Amelina.

"I might be wrong, but I think thiz iz what they call a 'power move'" Azzidi says to his fellow Allar in the Enclave.

"Certainly one way to be immortalized!"
Djanira chortled, gleefully tucking away the document to save for a later laugh.

Connor gave out a snort as he read the notice, "Talk about a BLOW, Hah-haaah!" the Drowdar then went back to his day after making a bad pun.

"Men," muttered the lone Haaven under an amused breath as she begun to pace down main street.
"It clearly doesn't matter how 'holy'. What a leading example."

Zzalangua blinked towards the announcement.
"I zee nothing wrong with thiz... I thought zome zcale and tail here and there waz healthy."

"Aheh, what sad souls would purchase memberships to a place like that, 'ey Kat-- Right?"

Said a certain half Ithanian with a certain all inclusive membership.

EsmƩe would at home spending time with her siblings and step-mother before being informed of this news from her cousin Evelien. Her usual content expression and manner would swiftly change to distress at the reminder.

"Th-Thank you Evelien."

She'd weakly smile to her cousin, speaking in a saddened tone. She'd simply turn to the others before sighing.

Shane let out a smoker's wheeze of laughter at this.

Winifred appeared mortified, meanwhile Azra was wheezing with laughter, stating after a moment, "Some bunch of holy men! Ahhhah! Can't get women so they all waste money on harlots."

"Oh my, a d'Goss? Isn't that the High Reverend's kin? How shameful." She responded, tutting to herself as she placed the slanderous paper down onto the table. Agatha peered over to her company with a perked brow, a smile threatening to break out on her features.

A young half-ithanian woman peered at the poster for a long, long time. She struggled with reading, as she always had, and had to read it over multiple times. With a leering squint, she left quickly, though returned later in the day, charcoal pencil and cheap parchment coming with her. She copied all the names she saw - Gustavo D'Goss, Alfred Rolfe, Emilio. Those being shamed. She listed their crimes under each name - Adultery being chief, though room was certainly made for any more that should need to be added. After pausing for thought, the small woman added the names of the staff she saw - only two had crimes attached to them, however.

Abigail was not like the others who had seen the paper - She did not have a court to laugh with, she didn't smile, sneer, trade shady remarks with herself or her peers. She was silent. Her eyes scanning over the names, a quiet conscious whispering to her, instructing her. Abigail obeyed, returning to the heart of the city, limp following left leg.

Despite the cheers of the masses, Thomas just couldn't seem to laugh. One of the many posters were in his hands, his fingers quivering before finally giving up on trying to keep his composure as the edges crumpled. He wanted to scream in anguish, and yet, he couldn't. He wanted to mock the holy men with the crowd, but he couldn't seem to do that either. Many of the people making fun of the Inquisitors he had seen a couple times before in the Hidden Dragon itself. He, like many of Aloria, had his own vices that suddenly began to make him sick in the stomach. It wasn't at the expense of the libido in the supposedly chaste men, but rather, it was the fact he had to choose between the Kades, who surrendered their holiness, and the interpreters of his long-followed faith, to which he found comfort in the world. Upon recognising he had put creases in the page, he delicately rubbed out as many wrinkles as he could before tacking it back on the town forum and returned to his patrol as his faith split itself right down the middle.

CerulƔed darkened at the news from his cousin, turning to simply comfort his sister, EsmƩe. He wondered if her "husband" had the nerve to walk through that front door again. And what he was going to do to him to make him regret what he'd done to his sister.

Elizabeth's gaze pensively flickered over the missive with deepening concern visibly furrowing her brows. Her eyes trailed downwards towards poor, mortified Winifred and opted to place a hand on the girl's shoulder and one shielding the girl's eyes before mumbling with the usual sternness that characterized her maternal demeanor, "Do not pay attention to such horrid claims, you need not see or hear words laden with filth." Instead, opted to try and spin Winifred on her heel and lead her back towards the main streets of Regalia.

Gustavo was sat comfortably in Fort Theomar as the word of such paradigm of gratefulness reached him. The truths made him furrow his brows, however the many lies that had been mixed in evoked a bout of bemused chuckles "Golden, truly Golden... Spirit protect us from such slander..."
