Very Concerned Citizens


It has been our cause, in recent years, to keep watchful eyes on our streets. To listen, to aid, and above all
to be concerned.


It seems as if the city streets once again teem with chaos and confusion. Heed this as a call to arms. A call to action. For those who wish to protect our city, bolster our Empire, and support our Blessed Emperor.

Nothing except a dedication to the preservation of the Regalian State is required.



Those who consider themselves concerned citizens should aim to find other concerned citizens, known by a floral brooch, often found to be lingering over the exhibits at the Regalian Museum.
