is taking a leave of absence of undetermined time, and has vested his powers as patriarch and lord of Ostlaukirchen in his brother Sebastian Winslough, who now acts as Patriarch Regent, and assumes all the titles, powers, and lands, formerly belonging to Ser Leopold II Winslough.
