A notice would be distributed to Nobility throughout Regalia, as well as personally delivered to those specifically affected by this action.
Yet again the Synod finds itself faced with indisputable evidence of the wrongdoings of another jacobin family in Regalia. This trend of degenerate behavior is but a symptom of the overall decline of Regalian society, and cannot be tolerated. The Synod will uphold the teachings of the Imperial Spirit in all ways necessary. As a result we will be issuing a notice to two individuals, both known conspirators in the recent rise of the Sanguine plague; as well as known criminals in the Regalian Slums.
This Writ of Sin is against one Marvolo Ardelan, known for his criminal attempts to undermine the law enforcement of the crown city, as well as his role in the attempted assassination of Hengest Harhold, and his support of a coven of vampires. Each of these things alone would certainly warrant a writ of sin, but together it begs the question as to how this degenerate was able to avoid the wrath of the Synod for so long.
To associate yourself with criminals, aid in the furthering of a sanguine plague, and make an attempt at the life of one so pious as Hengest Harhold; one would have to be truly rooted in their heretical ideals and have no regard for the teachings of the Imperial Spirit. After this information is known the Synod would hold in question any man foolish enough to associate with these blatant criminals and jacobins, and will investigate any who continue to have ties to their degenerate actions.
