1) As you saw in the BigBellyBuddah vs. Hack case recently, you never know anymore which moderators are on-duty and dealing with tickets.
2) As more people come in, it will stress the moderators more and more because I personally don't see many other additions to the team being made, and cases like this will be an all too common thing.
3) This needs to be recoded so that moderators do have the obvious right to say "Send in a ticket", and then ignore them if they keep messaging.
4) As far as I know, a new ticket system shouldn't be that hard to code in based upon the other plugins on this server that I have already seen coded in.
