A notice would be put up on billboards around Oldtown and New, with an image of a solemn, and skinny child sitting on the streets crying on each, then going on to read
"Are you a youth left on the streets after something awful happened to your parents? Have you been turned away by other would be parents that didn't understand you, or couldn't look after you? Do you live on the rough streets or in the dangerous sewers? Do you have no where else to turn? Well, the Whistling Winds Orphanage is here to help and offer a place to stay. We have food, beds, medical supplies and the learning and training you will need to survive and thrive in this cruel world, and hopefully can provide the family setting well enough for you. We turn away no child. Be you of any race or former background, you can and will be looked after. If you are looking to help our little orphanage we are also more than happy to take donations to help improve the lives of those living with us. If interested please send a message over to Miss Yen (the owner), or come to our orphanage proper at 24 Queen Wall. We are looking forward to meeting and helping whoever we can."
Below each notice sits a triangle with a circle inside it, and just below that a diamond with a circle in it. Interesting.
