Regalia,
To the good people of Regalia, whether you be noble, aristocrat, commoner, or even undesirables. I have a question on my mind, a disturbing and pressing matter that will not leave my thoughts, no matter how hard I will it away. So, I bring this question to you, as the question is for you. To everyone I ask;
When did we abandon our faith? When was it all races woke up and decided we would be infidels? When did we decide divine intervention and guidance was suddenly below us? When did we believe we were so great and powerful that we didn't need unity? Hope? Faith. This Regalia, no, this Aloria has come to a state of greed. No longer do you we strive to prove ourselves to the Spirit, Estel, the Gods, and whatever else we worship. Instead, we have fallen prey to the very things our greater beings warned us of, helped us fight off. We live for greed, lust, power. When the good Ailor nobility who claim to be Unionist are seen pleasing themselves with Kathar in the Nook and Dragon, when our children think it the best idea to subject themselves to the exist and void to fit in, this is when we know we've left the path of faith, and this is where we are today. I implore each and every one of you, even if you consider yourself to be faithful, pray. Go to your temples, your churches and cathedrals, your monasteries, citadels, wherever it is you pay time to your divine guidance, just go there and pray. Remind yourself, your brothers, neighbors, even strangers that we need Faith. To progress as an Empire, as a world. For, without faith our wars are needless bloodshed, directed by a thirst for power that will never be quenched, as we have nothing to tell us what we're working for. Without faith we run in aimless circles with no understanding of life or reason for surviving. Without faith we are pointless, entirely useless as we've ignored the greater picture, the end picture. It's time for everyone to wake up and accept faith back into their lives before we are damned upon death with no chance of salvation.

Oratario Paean,
-Ser Karp Kippings.
Holy lance Paladin of the Villiers-Eclaire Order,
Commander of the Crimson Inquisition,
Captain General of the Holy Blood of Theomar.

With a brief bout of gratitude for his literacy, a certain New Regalian scratched down the name 'Ser Karp Kippings' on a scrap of parchment. He tucked the list of names in his pocket and continued on.

Khurgah Diakité saw this notice and scoffed to herself, the Nōthorc muttering in annoyance.

"<Sof> 'All' religions. Piss right off. I have a faith I'm perfectly fine with, and I won't have some shitty Unionist tell me that I'm being greedy. Come back around once you've actually talked to some people living in this city. We're plenty faithful, just not to your shitty religion."

Rhyl drags his fingers down the parchment, and tears it off the wall. The Kathar comments in his native tongue to his Disciple, "It seems they do the work for us. They are eating themselves alive already. I wonder if we are included in prayer, hmm?" He asks with a dark chuckle, primly folding the parchment and tucking it into his pants' pocket.

Milo stared for a long hard moment, deep in thought. "I think..." He thought for a moment longer, and after a bit, he had found his answer.

"Nope."

sees this and whispers in the nook
"Oh shut yer gob, yer War is such that not even gods can make it honorable. Stuff your inquisition yah callous snakes. A uniform and law will not hide your sins, your victims, or your terror. Damn yee and Damn the void, both you can stand arm in ferrous, zealous arm ye butchers. Flame or fire none must hail your inquisition. Joy is for the living, rest is for the dead. Blessed be the Emperor but damned be the zealots. such we pray and vow, all hail the All being and all hail the eight."

The Crimson-haired Songaskian standing in front of the flyer looks at it with his draconic tail swishing behind him 'hmm' he thinks to himself 'well, my religion isn't Illegal, so maybe I'll look into this, hopefully they don't try to make me a Unionist though...' and he takes the flyer down, into his pocket to use later

A certain masked figure stood beside Rhyl. Long, slender digits cloaked in wisps and tendrils of shadow closed over the man's shoulder as they leaned in, running eyes that were also obscured by shadows that languidly seeped from the mask over the paper. "Oh, I'm sure we are, my friend. Perhaps not in their more warm-hearted prayers and blessings, though. How my heart aches!" they crowed, cackling thinly as they released his shoulder, and swept off.

A certain Nelfin man turned his attention to the notice, reading it over as he nodded in agreement with it up until he read the views being exposed on the nobilities debauchery with Kathar, and people turning to the void and exist "This.. this is why people are turning away from faith.. or joining up with those backwards void worshippers and whoring in the dragon. Even when trying to be a mediator, asking a simple question you zealots still find a way to threaten people with punishment, imprisonment and or ostracize them for simply thinking, speaking or doing the contrary with a weird mix of Ailor supremacist bullshit. That is a recipe for disaster as everyone is interested in the esoteric and taboo. So until you want to give these whorish Kathar at the dragon or those curious in the voids way of life an equal seat at the table, let them show the world who they are without fear of repercussions and allow them to rip off the bandage of taboo.. then this'll only continue." He turned away from the notice as he lit a cig, walking off as Karp's question still ate at his mind "... And if you're scared and respond that your religion will be compromised and fall as a result, then it wasn't a worthy, strong faith anyways.."

Ailwin examines the paper closely, still a bit rough with the reading aspect of Common. After reading it through, he smiles.

"I may not be very faithful, but I'm glad that some value faith. It is something to turn to when nothing else is there. These Ailor with their Spirit, my fellow Altalar with Estel, people like me with the Eight, and I suppose even those who worship the Void. We all have one thing in common: faith. I hope it will drive away the shadow of despair and let shine hope."

Ailwin turns away, rubbing the burn scars on his hands. As he walks back into the Nook to tickle the ivories, he wonders about Karp. The name feels familiar.

(Ba-ba-da-da! +2/10 faith in Old Gods!)

A public note would be attached to Karp's letter as a response, with a statement written first in Guneyce and then Common:
For Ser Karp Kippings,

Your call to the faithful is a comforting reminder that the sanctity of piety still brings together seemingly different religions, and on my personal behalf, I thank you for understanding the necessity of faith in these times. I look forward to seeing more of and working with those such as yourself to bring the light of piety again to what seems like a darker Regalia.

A certain Songaskia cackled this as she read, only one thing came to mind and she didn't care if she said the joke to herself, "Hey Qadir- Oh wait."

An Url had stood before the post, gently reading as he'd speak aloud. "Perhaps I was a fool before I changed. But now, maybe my faith can be rebuilt once more. Perhaps a visit to the Church for guidance. Perhaps I could speak with the man some time." Jakub had begun to move away from the post, wondering in thought.

Fen'nan laid across an excessively large desk chair more akin to a throne nearly, her lips pulling into a lazy smirk, copy in hand. "We-ee-el look at that," she drawled, scanning over the paper.

"Not using nearly as many bloody titles anymore."

Read over the missive, taking note of those who seemingly dismissed the the notes message, after a while once it's grown quiet. The Reclusicarch would etch upon the wall beside the notice board in sanktist script. his little addition saying one single message, it's purpose clear. "SLAY THE HERETIC! AVE IMPERATOR!"

A small square of parchment was tacked to the bottom of the declaration, simple and clean lettering scrawled across it.

Commander, Holy Lance Karp Kippings

He who lives in a glass house shall not cast stones. That has always been a good adage to live by. Rewrite such declaration when you stop hanging about The Nook and Cranny for leisure with your Elven Toy. Then, and only then, will anyone take you even somewhat seriously.

Wilhelm viewed the declaration. "So sad. And not surprised either. We men tend to be quick to forget the Spirit and slow to do good. Quick to do evil and slow to remember Him who created us."
