Numerous flyers would have been bannered into the corners of the streets of the slums. Some of them would be carried by men in black, hair slicked back, sides shaven off. They'd walk upon the passengers of the streets and smack the flyers into their hands, only to walk on off. Word was once more spreading throughout the slums.
