Citizens of Old Town and whoever else may find themselves reading this; the Hidden Dragon is once again safe to visit without fear of conflict that have stained its halls these last few days.

As of this moment, the Hidden Dragon will no longer face ANY gang conflict within its halls, all allegiances being left at the door for all to revel in the pleasures that are hidden away in the establishment.

While the land remains in control of the Revenants of Pride, and will enforce this ruling should the bouncers be unable to, it is asked of the fellow gangs and their leaders to respect the neutrality being put in place for the sake of everyone. No more conflict in a place of pleasure where it is not needed.

The Greater Gang [Hierarchy] can find no fault in these words with regards to the Hidden Dragon and a voluntary void of gang conflict within its halls, and despite recent transgressions and movements will publicly acknowledge the territory surrounding the Hidden Dragon to be of the Revenants current control. Commending Vaeri on this occasion for her mercifully peaceful intent. Those with the gift amongst the Hierarchy shall neither assault for food, nor gang-related incidents within the Hidden Dragon - and shall 'backup' claims of its neutrality in tandem with the Greater Gang [Revenants of Pride] via force, should lesser or greater gangs attempt to break such. Regardless of hostilities between the Greater Gangs at large.
