A Deal Was Made

(WARNING: Contains a part that could be considered too much for underage players. I put a spoiler on this as it goes into further detail of how she looks like. This adds NOTHING vital to the story and is purely a DETAILED description. You DON'T need to open the spoiler as you will NOT miss anything. )

Waiting in the dark on her client, Valiane sat on a chair.
In her ever so sexy red leotard, black fishnet-knee-high socks, and black heels, combined with red lipstick, black nail polish and purple eyeshadow, she couldn't look any better.

She met the man just thirty minutes after she danced. Jake told her that there was a man who wanted to talk to her, and after a while, Jake gave in and asked Valiane if she was OK with it. Immediately interested, Valiane agreed, on the condition that she could keep on her mask, which only covered her eyes but enough to make her face unrecognizable. Her identity would also remain secret. The man agreed and asked through Jake to Valiane if she could join him on his way to an old house to discuss the deal. Valiane rushed to her room, after telling the man through Jake that she wanted to take a quick but refreshing shower and to put some better make-up on, despite knowing that she would wear that mask after she was done.

After she was done with that, the man led the way to the old house while introducing himself. On their way, Valiane used to excuse that she had to do something real and that the man could keep on moving. Of course, this was a lie, as Valiane used Darkwalking to get in the house earlier and to show him a little bit of what she's got.

And now she waited for ten minutes after breaking into the house, waiting for the man to come in. What she didn't expect when she arrived was that there were more men present. She counted three. But they weren't normal men no, they seemed more like personal guards.
After the men finally came in, Valiane stepped out of the shadows. Being surprised, the man, whose name was Jack asked: "H-how did you get in here, I thought-" Valiane didn't let him finish. "I have my ways," she said sharply. "What do you want?" "I need you to kill someone for me, someone who's been destroying my reputation lately..." He explained the person, known as George, a successful, rich nobleman. Valiane didn't ask how the man destroyed Jake's reputation, she only cared about the money and that her victim suffered.

After a whole explanation about George's whereabouts and the deal, Valiane was ready to accept the job, but one thing made it not so easy. "I do want to know how something about your identity, and your way of working. I've been hearing a lot, but I want to hear it from you." A cold laugh came out of Valiane's mouth. "I told you about the terms when it came to my identity, and my way of working is exactly how I came into this house: using the shadows," she said a little bit dark. Jack slowly began to grow annoyed. He didn't like the woman's attitude. "Everyone works in the shadows when they plot to kill someone, I chose you because people are obviously amazed and scared by you. But apparently they're wrong, you don't seem that special at all. If you don't tell me your ways of working, this deal is over, as you don't really seem that type of a killer nor dangerous enough to be considered as one." Valiane narrowed her eyes and straighten her posture. Violently she whispered: "Oh, are we gonna play it like this? Well, I think not. I tell you what I WANT you to tell, nothing more, and you're gonna have to accept it... I'm a killer. and trust me, I'm like a dangerous predator when it comes to killing. I could kill you and your men here, right now." Jack laughed sarcastically. "I don't believe you, that's just a loose threat," he said.

Stepping back into the shadows, Valiane disappeared, causing panic among Jack and his guards. A moment later Valiane reappeared, putting her hands on one soldier's shoulder who happened to stand near a dark wall and bringing her fangs close to his neck. The others backed off quickly. "Don't scream, although it does satisfy me," Valiane said. Jack turned around. eyes widened. The soldier kept quiet, completely frozen in fear. "What about this?" Valiane said with inner fierce. She didn't wait for an answer. "We're gonna do things on my way IF you don't want to end up in jail." "Jail?" Jack asked confused and a little bit scared, knowing what the woman was capable of. "Yes, Jail. I might tell your rival about your plan if you don't listen and accept. Or I might kill you both, which means double cash." Jack swallowed, and Valiane became satisfied. He feared her which means she could easily take control of him. NOW a REAL deal could be made. "Fine," Jack said after a cold silence. "What do you want?" "You pay me a day after I told you that I'm done, the exact amount of money. You'll leave it on the place where we met, right here. You guard it but you're not allowed to go into the house. I'll let you know when I picked up the money. After that, unless you'd like to become a business partner, you forget about me and erase any piece of evidence about our deal. You will say 'The Widowmaker' instead of 'Miss Mysteria' when people ask about the one who killed your rival. If you break one of these rules, you'll regret it. And trust me, this is only a fraction of what I can do." Being completely forced by the woman, Jack agreed, causing Valiane to become even more satisfied. "How much money?" he asked carefully. "I'll tell you when I'm done," Valiane said with a cold laugh. "We actually might get along Jack, as long as you listen to me." Letting the soldier go, she went to the front door, leaving almost invisible in the shadows of the night.

"What are you waiting for?" Jack asked his men frustrated and feared. He knows that the woman is something else, something that made him regret his immediately as soon as she showed what she was capable of. Or at least, a bit. If this was only a fraction... "Make a plan that'll keep the money safe when we have to guard it and get some damn torches."

Created this to get a little bit deeper on how manipulative Valiene could be if things don't go her way. About Darkwalking: I know the rules when it comes to RP and respect them to the utmost. This is just a story from her. Don't know if I'll make a follow-up, though it might be interesting.
