A curious message can be found on notice boards all over Regalia. It is neatly handwritten on parchment bearing few notable graphics, although the crypticity of its message distinguishes the note nonetheless.

My blade shall reveal your warning. Take care not to lose it.

The old message has been taken down overnight, and in its place is a piece of parchment with some text:

THJPL IQHEE CZZIB DJHVV IQWBA HREIX HJRQU GKABO

QAKVLT HBZSEYU

What a peculiar message...

A few days later, it seems somebody has at least partially solved the riddle.​

In somebody else's handwriting, the first part has been crossed off and something written in its place so the now reads:

ULFHEIDE AND DVAUD JHVV IQWBA HREIX HJRQU GKABO
