On the evening of the 28th of July 306AC, the bright exterior of the Alchemia Order Apothecary was obscured by a sea of black metal--a sturdy horse-drawn wagon stationed on the nearby roadside. The familiar clink-clank of armor was accompanied by the light tinkering of shuffled bottles and liquids, as individuals from either sides hustled to and fro, carrying with them heavy wooden crates marked with colored paint. Nervous Allar alchemists filed behind the burly, sneering Black Guards, uttering their pleas to "Pleaze be careful" and "Watch your ztep!". Once the wagon was piled almost to it's brim, a black-haired Isldar stepped from amidst the sea of armor towards a tired-looking Yanar. Their hands clasped in a gesture of approval, before each parted ways, ushering with them their employees from either charter.

The cart was flanked either side by fully armored Black Regiment guards as it made it's way steadily through the city. Any attempts to get too close were met with harsh words and harsher shoves--at the end of a bloodied sword if so necessary. Eventually the wagon rounded the side of the Red Citadel and drew into a closed courtyard, before disappearing out of sight.

It is during unfortunate times like these when the unlikeliest of individuals should work together against a common enemy.

The Alchemia Order would like to extend it's support and heartfelt prayers to the city's hardworking Guard Charters, who have been working diligently to keep Regalia safe from the recent Vampiric Outbreak. Within our rights, we had hoped to offer our unique skills to combat menaces such as these from the day of our conception. Alongside this declaration, a wagon full of alchemical supplies-- medicinal, supplemental, and offensive--have been sent to the Red Citadel for use by all well-serving Guard Charters in the city. It is with our hope that the Knights of these disciplined Orders will put the supplies to good use in keeping Regalia free from crime and aberrant disease.

Charles sat comfortably at the driver's seat to the carriage as it paraded through Regalia back to the Red Citadel. He was quite glad at finally being able to get these supplies after a day's long diplomatic battle against the Alchemia. He looked to Edgar at the shotgun of the carriage, "Monsieur, we'll have to do this next week as well - so be ready. The vampires surely will be - oui oui!" He chuckled one last time before he gave out a horrific and pained cough under his gas mask and he returned to his regular pained and raspy breathing as he steered the carriage to the Red Citadel.

Zuzumi watched as the cart was filled to the brim with his precious alchemy, remaining upfront along with his other Al-Allar comrades. As the final crate was placed on board, and the Isldar and Yanar exchanged looks of approval, the Al-Allar watched as it began its journey to the Red Citadel. He leant over to one of his Alchemian comrades, softly whispering to them. "Thisss could've been eaissser if we have had another day.. hms." The Alchemian comrade in question gave a shrug, and the two returned back to the laboratory, beginning work on the batch of Swamp Blood for next week.
