〚 Silver Heart Interim Report 〛 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ♥ FUND DETAILING ♥ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ The Silver Heart Society would like to thank everyone who attended our first fundraiser for the Salvation Church Soup Kitchen on August the 17th. With the community's support we were able to raise nearly 3,000 Regals in donations, including clothes and blankets that were donated during the event. We’d like to strive for total transparency in how this money is spent going forward, as we owe it to the community to ensure every regal is accounted for. For this reason, we would like to outline our future plans as follows: ❥ A MAJORITY of this money will go towards the immediate opening of the Soup Kitchen in Old Town. With a space already picked out for these Soup Kitchens to be held and the ready accessibility of the materials, we will be investing in the immediate completion of the Soup Kitchen to ensure those suffering around Regalia have access to what they need to survive. ❥ A LARGE PART will go towards the beginning of funding an Orphanage in Old Town. Given the size and enormous costs of funding and maintaining this project the main sum of regals will be sought out from Noble Sponsorships, and thus- while still significant- only a portion of the funds gained in yesterday’s event will immediately invested in the Orphanage. These costs will go towards basic necessities for the children but not tackle things like purchasing the building or staffing the orphanage. ❥ A SMALL PART will go towards funding the next Silver Heart Event. While I wish personally that I could pay for these out of my pocket alone, such a thing really isn’t feasible. Accordingly, a small fraction of the earnings from this event will be set aside towards future Silver Heart events, which will likely be run on a similar schedule to the first. We are already looking into new events to host, and are currently welcoming new ideas as well as volunteers ❥ NONE will go to our pockets. ALL Silver Heart events, WITHOUT EXCEPTION, are strictly Non-Profit. Of yesterday’s earnings not a single regal will be spent on the personal lives of our coordinators or volunteers. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ♥ SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION ♥ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ For those interested in more consistently supporting the efforts of the Silver Heart Society, or for those with busy schedules unable to attend our fundraisers, we would like to offer the floor to Sponsorships. Sponsorships are recurring monthly payments in any amount of regals, starting from 1 regal to any amount that you chose, that goes directly to the Silver Heart at the beginning of every month. While not inherently earning any special privileges, our Sponsors will be kept up to date on all Silver Heart happenings and informed of future events as soon as they are scheduled.
