The Nelfellen, a term roughly translating to the Elven Court, is the political and social organization which sees itself responsible for the well-being and livelihood of most Nelfin in the Holy City. Its roots lie in conflict with the Hierarchy- through the summer of 307 AC, various Nelfin and Nelfin-aligned groups met with bitter embattlement and challenge to their religion. Pushing through this time of strife, they met an attack on their main temple head-on with a call to arms and emerged victorious. However, the coalition created under duress would last in times of peace as well. Having survived the few early months which prove dangerous to the existence of an organization, the group can now confidently state that it is here to stay.
It was founded in the Garden Square of the Metlalaan by Vivana Avalorn, Azëlloa Hállëvandëia, and Lazzr'lei Tahlruil. Since then, leadership has taken the form of a council between them, though with the formalization of the organization the distribution of power has yet to be re-formalized.
The Nelfellen undertakes various day to day routines, such as the hosting of social and religious events. As well, it helps facilitate everyday meeting places and the spread of information between Elves, such as warnings of a string of robberies or an assault on a local resident. Those who are in the Elfcord Discord Server and utilize #ic-announcements are speaking through the public message board system of the group.

Relatively conservative, law-abiding Nelfin individuals indulging in Pan-Nelfinism and good feelings between Nelfin races.
Who can join?
Any non-Kathar individual of Nelfin or Yanar descent.
How can I officially join?
Right now? Talk to Vivana Avalorn IC, or DM Oka on Discord. I'll see about getting certified recruiters.
What do I get for joining?
The chance to acquaint yourself with local political and business leaders, to find a position in the Avalorn House Guard or Blades of Derronva, to meet and greet one's neighbors if in the Metlalaan or Petalcourt, and to be warned in advance and given exclusive invitation to Nelfin events, such as spars, balls, and religious ceremonies. If politics gets sectional and factional or especially hostile down the road, I'll also hand out party membership badges, because that's cool.
What do I have to do once I join?
Help contribute to events, and fulfill the requirements of your role if your role has requirements. Be kind and conscientious to other players, and have a positive track record OOC.
How often are meetups?
Probably weekly or once every two weeks. I don't want to exhaust you, so we'll figure out the best pacing together as this proceeds.
