Clan Lee also house many other families who have sworn fealty in the last decade or so due to the eruption of influence gathered from the 'Pillars of Lee', those from military backgrounds, mercantile background, and mercenary backgrounds are primarily Sihai with some minority being either Songaskia and Ailor. Halflings are also welcomed but barred to the Outer Isles with the other families of non-Sihai, but are respected if their work meets or exceeds expectations. ⊱ ────────══════ ∘◦ ✾ ◦∘ ═══════──────── ⊰ Family History The Lee Family was founded and established in the city of Ing'fe Lu'men-fu (Snow Cliffs), the former name of Zi'et Cem'de (Jade Wealth), by one of the ancestors of the Lee Family, Lee Zie'tec Fen. He readily served as a soldier of a traveling army under the Sihai Empire before the army stopped and consolidated their location on the Westernmost edge of Dexai by building a military outpost and expanded upon it to which it would later be an ingdi and named Ing'fe Lu'men-fu. Decades later, many generations served along the Sihai Military as soldiers with some accomplishing enough to be promoted to the higher officer echelon and be renowned as one of the most memorable families of Ing'fe Lu'men-fu. Centuries passed after Lee Zie'tec Fen founded the Lee Family when the current patriarch accomplished and obtained the title of a Great General and brought the Lee Family to higher levels until they steadily stabilized as a powerful and influential entity but only within the military field in the Ramien Kingdom of West Dexai. After that moment, the Lee Family officially became Clan Lee as numerous Sihai families came under their banner with the Lee Family acting as the main branch with the others becoming side branches from smithing backgrounds, military backgrounds, and medical backgrounds due to the militaristic history of the Lee Family. This had lasted until the eleventh month of two-hundred ninety-six after cataclysm (296 AC), when the second born and young master of Clan Lee, Lee Ge'haing-Teku, established his mercantile company, The Leaping Ksai Trading Company. His trading company rocketed from the beginning, and not just from the financial support of Clan Lee but also from the cunning tactics of Lee Ge'haing-Teku, utilizing and controlling key choke points that pumped in jade products and eastern spices in Zi'et Cem'de. Quickly and decisively controlling these points which stemmed from isolating the former owners of these routes until they either submitted or faded into the background as a meaningless entity. He traveled out the comforts of Dexai and onto the Outer Isles, beguiling and winning over Songaskia and Ailor merchants or representatives from Essalonia and Farah'deen before marching his company managers to create branch offices. For Farah'deen, Lee Ge'haing-Teku used only trained Sihai, both inexperienced and experienced graduates from the ingdi academies to charm the Songaskia into more profitable and extremely advantageous deals. He continued on this pace to establish that branch office in Hadravia, a diverse and less racially motivated state of this eastern continent. For Essalonia, Lee Ge'haing-Teku switched tactics, noting the easily corruptible but cunning merchants with exotic eastern goods to which he blackmailed and took advantage of their flaws and either took over the Ailor merchant's platforms or had them under his thumb to establish a complete foundation for The Leaping Ksai Trading Company to establish that branch office. He spent the next decade expanding and consolidating the foreign offices with his more experienced merchant managers while pushing interested families in Clan Lee to experience the outside world to both show the prowess and abilities of those who resided in Dexai and also keep the offices under the control of himself and his clan. ⊱ ────────══════ ∘◦ ✾ ◦∘ ═══════──────── ⊰ Family Businesses Jadeite Warrior Legion - A few battalions raised, trained, and armed by Clan Lee. Most if not all warriors are either part of Clan Lee or affiliated to Clan Lee in the manner of subsidiaries or life long servants. They have the marking of the Lee Family which is a tattoo of two Ksai fishes circling after each other onto their back while their arms or chests are covered in familial tattoos of their respective blood families. Training techniques and martial practices originate from centuries ago, from the age of Lee Zie'tec Fen, focusing onto the quality and intensity of their training to produce hardened warriors. Ksai Pond Inn - A simple but expansive resort that houses one-hundred people at most, including employees. The focal point of the establishment is a hot spring maintained and worked upon by Clan Lee to produce a little less than half of their annual earnings to which many people within the Western Half of Dexai travel to enjoy. Luxury items such as high quality facial makeup, fruits, and rooms also draw in wealthy customers. Jade Ksai Park - A small park planted with unique trees and flora imported from other parts of Dexai decorate the park as anything not from Dexai is simply sold to others, even if the value exceeds equivalent flora itself. Within the park is an unique pavilion with an insignia of two Ksai fishes circling after each other, marking the owner to be Lee Fuen Lu, the Patriarch of the Lee Family of Clan Lee. Twirling Jade Embroidery - A small but luxurious tailor shop owned by Kim Ning Sai, the Lady of the Lee Family of Clan Lee, the wife of Lee Fuen Lu, the Patriarch. This shop is only one but draws in those in the military and mercantile fields due to the precise skills of the workmanship which enables one to fight or move more comfortably than other pieces of clothing. The Leaping Ksai Trading Company - A large trading company with hands in three seperate continents, spanning multiple races, and dealing with a variety of materials from exotics to common goods. Explicitly co-owned with Clan Lee and Lee Ge'haing-Teku but due to his status, it is both recognized as his own business in and out the family and outside world. This business produces the other half of the annual earnings for Clan Lee. The Moon Lion Regiment - A small and start-up private force under the management of Lee Ming-Qie, the youngest of the new generation's Lee Family. They are supplied, trained, and trained by The Leaping Ksai Trading Company but ultimately a force under Lee Ming-Qie. ⊱ ────────══════ ∘◦ ✾ ◦∘ ═══════──────── ⊰ Family Members Those written out and explained below can be changed under the supervision and advice of myself, Yui_Drax, however these are not the only family members available due to the intricacy of the 'clan' itself and its hierarchy. Families of Clan Lee are all playable but must be communicated with myself and within your life story that your character and your 'established' family is sworn to and under the care of the Lee Family. To re-iterate, 'families' of Clan Lee are not solely Sihai, they can span from any race besides Undead but must as least come in contact with Dexai for it to actually make sense, the last two families for example are not Sihai but apart of Clan Lee. Lee Family Lee Fuen Lu (48) - The father of Lee Enning'ha Fiem, Lee Ge'haing-Teku, Lee Ming-Qie and the Patriarch of Clan Lee. He is the head of the entire clan and controls thousands of lives who have sworn their lives and their families lives to him, to which he does so with honor and integrity fitting the demeanor of a leader. Although a low-tier government official in his city, his words hold the weight of a high-tier one due to his status. His temper never shows but is not a push-over as his will resembles his ancestor, never bowing unless completely defeated in all aspects, one which won the respect of several families who serves him solely. Kim Ning Sai (46) - The mother of Lee Enning'ha Fiem, Lee Ge'haing-Teku, Lee Ming-Qie and the Lady of Clan Lee. She is the backbone and more gentle side of the clan but she is no means a push-over as well but does tend to get carried away in simple affairs. She can perfectly blend in to any crowd and obtain what she wants through simple diplomacy but if that fails, uses others as a means to get it. Lee Enning'ha Fiem (30) - The eldest son of Lee Fuen Lu and Kim Ning Sai, he is also the acknowledged heir of Clan Lee by displaying high leadership abilities and courage in the face of danger, acting as a general should he need to but primarily is a commander, charging with his soldiers. He is currently stationed on the Western Border of Dexai and is an officer in the Sihai Military. Child of Lee Enning'ha Fiem (12) - To be written soon. Lee Ge'haing-Teku (28) - The second eldest son of Lee Fuen Lu and Kim Ning Sai, he is the acknowledged head and owner of The Leaping Ksai Trading Company which is the biggest business under Clan Lee. Given the title of a genius merchant and is watched from all corners of the continent by other merchants for his next move to get a head start on his next business to either swallow it up or enter a trading deal with him. He is also famed for being a cunning character who shows a gentle face but is feared by all alike for his unconventional means. Child of Lee Ge'haing-Teku (11) - To be written soon. Lee Ming-Qie @Yui_Drax (23) - The youngest son of Lee Fuen Lu and Kim Ning Sai, he is the small influential character in the family of vast characters and background but is not shunned by his family, but moreso pushed to the limelight along with them and as a result, he improves himself every chance he has, to deserve such recognition to live up to that expectation of his family's reputation. Although a small character, his efforts is recognized and approved of by the militaristic faction of Clan Lee due to his diligence and skills. Zhu Family Zhu Fen'ha Te @Yui_Drax (49) - The adopted son of the previous head of the Zhu Family and is the adopted brother of the current head of the Zhu Family. He is originally named 'Qin' of a family of generals and soldiers but chose to abandon his name for his dream, his dream was approved of such of the Qin Family of Clan Qin and was officially known as Zhu Fen'ha Te. He is a master swordsmith and part of the inner council that is Lee Ge'haing-Teku's trusted subordinates, he is currently in Regalia, assisting Lee Ming-Qie in his efforts to build the Regalia Branch. Zhu Cha Lu'ra (30) - The heir of the Zhu Family and acknowledged genius swordsmith, he is from a family who has supported the Lee Family from the days of Lee Zie'tec Fen as a family of swordsmiths, providing and arming his personal soldiers, the Jadeite Warriors and is one of the most loyal families under the Lee Family. He tends to get lost in his work but almost never produces a low quality piece of equipment, hence his title of a genius. Child of Zhu Cha Lu'ra (12) - To be written soon. Zhu Baeie P'ec (29) - The second eldest and younger brother of Zhu Cha Lu'ra, although he lives in the shadows of his eldest brother, he is never shunned, proving to be a vital and important step for his brother to accomplish his tasks. He is his second hand, his helper, and his partner to which his brother reciprocates, he is never prideful or arrogant, having his brother relish in his moments of recognition as well. Child of Zhu Baeie P'ec (10) - To be written soon. Traore Family Askari Traore (35) - The head of the Traore Family and one of Lee Ge'haing-Teku's most trusted men, leading tens of his own fleet of Songaskia filled crews as he travels throughout the Yellow Sea protecting The Leaping Ksai Trading Company's merchant ships going to and from Essalonia, Farah'deen, and Dexai. His temper flares from time to time and respects the strong and the words of the Lee Family, especially Lee Ge'hain-Teku and his children. He sometimes even clashes with the family heads within Clan Lee on occasion should it involve him or The Leaping Ksai Trading Company. Child of Askari Traore (17) - To be written soon. Child of Askari Traore (16) - To be written soon. Saran Traore (29) - The adopted sister of the head of the Traore Family, Askari Traore. As Askari's the right hand of Lee Ge'haing-Teku, Saran is the most trusted advisor of Askari, surpassing the elders and veterans of his family and as such, he holds her words near the level of Lee Ge'haing-Teku but never above his. House Thorne Alderic Thorne (47) - The head of House Thorne, although initially attracted to the prospect of partnering with The Leaping Ksai Trading Company, he happened to come across the Patriarch of Clan Lee, Lee Fuen Lu. Albeit he had this scholarly outlook and presence, Alderic was beaten down without much of an issue, physically and mentally in terms of combat and strategy. Although not permitted to enter Dexai due to his Ailor lineage, Lee Fuen Lu usually takes a trip every week or so to speak to Alderic and like-minded people. Eva Thorne (46) - The wife of the head of House Thorne, Alderic Thorne, she follows wherever Alderic goes as the prospect of visiting unknown areas and living free is what she desires. Descending from the Northland Culture of West Aloria, the Velheim, she imparts what she had learned from her life to her children but does not enforce it upon them, guiding them and assisting should they choose to embrace it.
