TO: The Denizens of Regalia

SUBJECT: Revitalization of an Alchemical and Medical Organization, a Summons to Previous Employers
To the Alchemia and it's dissolved members,
A pressing issue has come to the attention of the Digmaan commonwealth and its entirety. The Digmaan's commonwealth wholeheartedly reminds the dissolved Alchemia and it's prior members that an apothecary must be reestablished as an asset for the Regalian Empire. The Alchemia's dissolution has not only drastically damaged the commonwealth and market for our Allar way of life, but the absence of a centralized Alchemical market has inhibited the entire Empire.
Resuscitating a new medical and alchemical union or reviving the old is within the Enclaves interest, as well as the interest of inflicted Regalians who have undergone disease and injury during the absence of any proper medical facilities. This is a grievous matter, as the very infrastructure of Regalia is at risk without a medical and alchemical means to research and control the upkeep of Regalia's health.
Ultimately, the Digmaan's commonwealth pressingly suggests the Haavens, directors, and any leading positions of the dissolved Alchemia meet with the leading Tharaozz, and Rhax of Digmaan Yaotl to establish a fruitful foundation for both the Enclave and the dissolved Alchemia to fabricate a mutually unified organization.
If such is not established, the Enclave will take the initiative to overseer our own medical and alchemical system to loyally fill the Alchemia's place under the Empire. We know the staff of the Apothecary well, and have maintained strong relations with this progressive organization, however dissolution is not a desired proceeding from the Allar community and it's leading members.
