The Regalian Institute of Chance
The Institute of the Lucky is glad to announce the opening of a small subsidiary on the Crown Isle to proudly present it's pleasantries to all of those with spare wealth.
The organisation intends to present a game of chance and excitement to those of the Crown Isle, along with a good drink, and moderate tavern entertainment.
Alongside this pleasant atmosphere, the Institute also provides more specific and competitive styles of game, involving the use of dice, or cards. Bets can be placed upon the winners of games of strategy, and competitions of combative skill.
If you're feeling lucky, just come by for a visit.
Cardmasters:
Cardmasters are the owners and operators of the Institute, they manage the flow of transactions between patrons, as well as organize events, and approve of entertainers and competitors.

Table-Manners:
Table-Manners are both the peacekeepers and the hellraisers of the Institute, they prevent discrepancies from occurring, whilst also inciting rivalry between patrons.

Bartenders and Hostesses:
These men and women serve the patrons, they are to provide them of what they require, and are encouraged to socialize with as many people as possible.

Regulars are trusted patrons of the bar, their fees are reduced, and their chances of winning are boosted through the dropping of hints, such as win-loss records of competitors.

House Morgann presents the Institute of chance, formally known these days as a Casino.
I intend to provide a light, comedic atmosphere at the casino, with slightly heavier interactions when required.
This institute operates primarily through the use of roll systems, as it is a game of chance of who wins and who loses.
We highly appreciate it if you will come on down for a visit!
