I apologize in advance for the person who accepts this.
I currently have designed something I wish to use, maybe not for massive but for personal use.
(This will be used in the end)

Details:
I am offering 400r + a fully painted waist up artwork.
(my art shop is in my signature with examples and things)

I need someone to create an HD head for me to use. I don't fully expect anyone to be interested in this challenge nor do I expect someone to be able to do it.
If it's not completed, I will offer 100-250r for your efforts to pixelate my complicated idea.

I would prefer for it to be detailed or at least somehow convey what the mask is.

I'm happy to have a crack at this! Can't say I've much experience with HD skins but this looks like a fun challenge and nothing like throwing yourself in at the deep end. (I also like doing heads exclusively...)
