• Au Revoir • (lore Story)

The man stood on the deck of the ship, the Crown City fading smaller and smaller into the horizon. He remembered the first time he'd seen this city, and his thoughts moved to his life at that time. It had been so many years. A new name, a new wife, a new family, a new job, he was a new man. Whether he would stay the same man, that was the question. She laid her head on his shoulder. The man who brought her to where she is today. The man whose life she changed and saved in the same moment. The man who did the same for her. Now, he was taking her home again. She looked into the same city her husband did, but she didn't see what he saw. The woman looked behind her, and she saw her daughter. She was positioned similarly, but her husband was not quite as close. Her worries as to why, or what had been bothering him this whole time had quieted, though it wouldn't last. She thought of the city too, and of the life she left behind. Her birth mother, alive, Spirit knows where, who she'd likely never see again, and her birth father, dead, hanging from that bridge. Her husband must've noticed the frown on her face, and the young man gave her hand a reassuring squeeze. His thoughts were wild too, of why he felt this way; why being around the one he loved just felt so..wrong.

There was a story to that as well. Every person on that ship to Vixhall had a story in Regalia that would never be finished. How the change would truly affect their lives, their stories, none of them knew, but each of them would finish it away from the city. The man finally spoke, breaking the quiet of the waves and wind. He said it quietly, but it was audible enough for the family on the ship. Two words, spoken to no one and everyone at the same time.

Am I the only one who questions whether or not "Au Revoir" is lore complaint? Or at least spelled one letter differently?
Also this is this person's character's catchphrase @Malou_Winter
