A festival that does not require anything but a weapon and a warrior-like attitude. This, unlike most other tournaments, does not allow magic or magic-like abilities or abilities only accessible via your race. Just the skill to hold a weapon. This tournament does not allow anything to be used during combat or to be worn during combat besides normal clothes. Alchemy is also not allowed unless used for healing after your match. Making it a fair fight for everyone that can hold a weapon or shield. Sorcerers and mages may not use their magic in any way. (Archan Ailors Included) Ritualists may not use ritualism in any way. No abilities granted by your race can be used due to it being about your fighting abilities and not your race's abilities. This especially goes (Ex. Dryder Form, Maz Recovery, Wyvern Form). Any Primal, Void, Exist, Bintaar may not use their aberrant like abilities (Ex. Archblood Abilities) You must have your weapon on you at all times and it cannot be summoned or unsummoned in any way during the fight and must be made out of actual materials like steel or wood. (Ex. Sihndar Lording of Markht, Nen’yalon Stave) Ranged weapons like throwing knives and bows and arrows are allowed. Bolas may not be used as well as any trapping weapons. Alchemy may not be used before or during fights. No enhancing drugs can be used before, after, or during the fight. Artifact holders may compete but may not use artifacts in the fights. No animals may be used to assist in the fight. Clockwork or any other mechanical enhancers may not be used. Armor may not be used, this includes the use of full plate, half plate, chainmail, leather armor, or anything with armor-like properties (Ex. Drowdan Dire Wolf Pelt) Shields cannot be used unless it is a wooden small round shield Injuries may not go past cuts or bruises. The breaking of a bone, impaling or maiming of any tier, and killing will all result in disqualification and possibly a prison sentence. Purposefully kicking, hitting, or harming the private parts of your opponent will result in disqualification, we have class here. Orcs can participate but may not lose their temper and may not use their full strength on an opponent unless it is another orc. Aka orcs can only use 35 physical stat at most. Tails may be used as long as they are not wielding a weapon or do not bind an opponent. Claws a part of biology may be used as well as knuckle dusters, but gauntlets are not allowed. 【------------------------+-----------------------】 【------------------------+-----------------------】 Rolling Rules Each roll will be added up as so. The weapon they are using proficiencies divided by five rounded up, physical stat divided by five rounded up, and add ten. (Ex. 30 physical stat and 20 sword prof would have 6+5+10 and would, in turn, roll a 21.) Orc and urls physical stat can not be used fully. They must at most use 35 divided by 5 for their rolls not 45. Doing this just for fairness. For extra clarification, there is no dual-wielding unless they are apart of the same weapon category and if you use a shield you can only use the shield prof in the defensive rolling and the weapon in the attacking but your character only uses a shield and nothing else then you can use the shield prof for the attacking and defending. Also for unarmed, you can only use full unarmed without any weapons or shields. There are no unarmed strikes if you use a weapon. To make a successful strike you must first make a successful defense against a strike and follow up with a successful attack against the other.
