Happiness and Contentedness | Nyima isn’t the type to openly showcase her emotions all too much, regardless as to whether they’re positive or negative. She prefers keeping her feelings close to her chest, and maintaining control over such things, so that she may better control others’ perception of her. As such, she’ll rarely let those around her know when she’s enjoying herself, aside from a slight unconscious shift in behavior. She’s more prone to cracking jokes and slipping into a faint grin when in a good mood. This warmth may often be misinterpreted as generic friendliness, however, it couldn’t be farthest from the truth. She isn’t all too keen on making or maintaining friendships, thus, it’s very rare for her to actively seek out any relationships. She isn’t all too keen on getting involved with large masses of people.

Fear | Fear is no stranger to Nyima, alas, she remains just as unaffected to it as possible- at least, on the outside. Nyima is not one to cry, she never has been, and never will be unless put through the most extreme of circumstances. Her carefree outlook on life includes embracing fear and acknowledging it as having no power over her. As such, she can often be found acting inappropriately nonchalant in almost all dangerous situations- aside from a few select instances. If she is to encounter a situation that reminds her of her attack in her teen years, she will completely freeze up, eyes wide with sheer terror. Unmoving, unblinking, just still. Frozen in place.

Stress | Stress is an unwelcome occurrence in Nyima’s life and leaves just as swiftly as it arrives if she has anything to say about it. She isn’t keen on stressing over things out of her control. She lets whatever is going to happen, happen. In this way, she feels as if she had some semblance of power over the situation by actively allowing it to happen. As such, she leaves any stress over it behind, going with the flow of things. Alas, if a situation proves far too stressful for her to get over and handle, she’ll resort to denial, refusing to acknowledge anything at all being wrong.

Law and Authorities | Nyima views the law to be an inherently corrupt system, noting that power can easily go to one's head. As such, she has a natural distrust of law enforcement agencies, expecting the worst from them, so that she may never be disappointed by any malpractice. However, despite these feelings, she will never outwardly disrespect the guards, instead of holding these sentiments to herself aside from a few passing comments. She knows better than to express her thoughts openly within the city, and will often conceal her true feelings.

Other Races | All life forms are of equal worth in her eyes, based upon her interpretation and teachings from her ancestral line, that of Lleyvantrakh the White. She holds a certain appreciation for all life, even those that seem to be tainted by unjust cruelties, ignorance, brutality, and malignity. Of course, she can recognize these individuals as corrupt and dislikes that aspect of them, but she will not place the blame unto them, rather, the society that allowed them to develop in such a way.

Religion | Harboring quite the negative feelings as a result of her personal experiences, she has quite the distaste for religion as a whole. The wrongdoings of organized religion have manifested as a general hatred for self-governing and faith, resulting in judgment and criticism towards those to buy into religion; typically, she views those of faith to be naïve and unpracticed within reality, assuming them to be stuck within an unrealistic cultish mentality bought through a blind faith in a higher being. Essentially, religion represents a lack of individuality and comprehension for the state of the world to Nyima, as she holds the opinion that religion blinds and holds back individuals.

Arcane and Magical | Nyima maintains a neutral outlook when it comes to the arcane and magical individuals within the world. She doesn’t note them to be a particular threat to herself or anyone else in most cases. However, this neutrality begins to waver when they use their blessed abilities to gain an unfair advantage over others. If a part of an organization or belief system, she will grow to view them with distaste rather than the individual at hand. Alas, if no larger force is acting behind their actions, certain pity forms for them. What a sad existence they must live.

Family | The Songaskian has quite a complex relationship with her family. She isn’t the negative type of person, she isn’t fond of harboring feelings of resentment towards anyone, as she feels it’ll eat her up more than it will them. That being said, her family remains an exception to the rule. Try as she might, she struggles to forgive them for their absentee parenting and sheltering of her from the real world. As such, she feels a distinct, unshakeable bitterness towards her parents. Her sisters, on the other hand, are associated primarily with neutrality in her mind, with some inklings of envy seeping out every now and again. She misses certain siblings more than others, as she has quite a different relationship with each sister.

Pride | The Saidykhan remains quite the confident individual, having a rather high sense of self-worth for the most part. She feels as if she has a lot to be proud of, particularly her skills as an artist, which manifest unto her appearance. From her flawlessly dyed hair to her carefully crafted outfitting, she remains exultant when it comes to her capabilities and proficiencies as a cosmetologist.

Motivation and Self Betterment | Nyima is motivated by a longing for adventure, craving the thrill of the kill. She’s a bit of an adrenaline junkie, wanting nothing more than to experience that rush that comes with new experiences and the intrigue of life's unknowns. She’s willing to try new things and visit new places on a whim, just going wherever the wind may take her- even if it means a bit of reckless abandon and inescapable danger. In fact, she’s no stranger to putting herself in peril for the sake of her own enjoyment and release from boredom. This remains partial reasoning as to why she's not all too keen on forming any significant attachments, as such would hinder her way of life. A gal’s got to have fun, after all.

Biggest Insecurity | Her biggest insecurity remains the scarring on her visage, taking the form of three distinct claw-like markings. She despises this part of herself, as it ruins her once- in her eyes- perfect appearance. Attempting to cake makeup or powder has proven unsuccessful for concealment, leaving her most vulnerable part out for everyone to see. She worries about how others may perceive her as a result of these scars. Perhaps to be some brute or some damsel in distress in desperate need of saving. Neither of which she considers herself to be.

Biggest Fear | The woman’s biggest fears surround a loss of her sense of self. Losing who she is and what she believes in. To lose her identity and her memories would be the largest affront to her true self. She fears that if she were to lose this, she’d lose touch with her ideals and everything that she loves about herself. Her confidence would surely waver should she find her most personal, distinct characteristics dwindling out into nothingness. If she were to lose her sense of morality along the way, she would no longer be able to consider herself the same person.

    ⟞══════════════════════════⟝• ⸰ °)❂(° ⸰ •⟞══════════════════════════⟝

    Alignment | Chaotic Neutral
Nyima, despite her own strong sense of morality, does not fall anywhere on the good or lawful spectrum. Instead, she falls unto that of neutrality, most closely aligned with the world outlook of Chaotic Neutral, with some Neutral Evil tendencies. First and foremost, Nyima prioritizes her own freedom and isn’t afraid to follow her own whims and goals. Her own liberty and individuality is a keynote of her way of life. With that said, she won’t go out of her way to protect anyone else's, but will still judge the impediment of another's personal freedom on a moral level. It’s this portion of her outlook that tends to lean more towards the Neutral Evil part of her. Acting as a moral relativist, she holds the belief that values differ between communities, which condition an individual to act a certain way. People are guided by the morals of wherever they came to exist, and the circumstances surrounding that location. Individuals are brought up into a belief system that they themselves may later find to be unable to adhere to. As such, no one set of beliefs are universally applicable, and the blame will fall upon these beliefs rather than the actions of the person. The person themselves cannot act incorrectly or undesirably, as they are only acting in accordance with their own social norms. It is the people around them warping their views that are to be at fault. As such, she isn’t all too fond of authority or organizations, and all of the corruption and restrictions that seem to come along with it. Albeit, she won’t outright disrespect the guards or those of nobility to their face, for she has no motivation to challenge their authority. If she were to do so, she’d put herself at risk- and unless it’d be the enjoyable kind, she’d refrain from as much, knowing better than to be so foolish. While she may be somewhat unpredictable when it comes to her desire for adventure, she does have standards- however minimal.

    Personality Type | ESTP
As an ESTP, she is categorized as an Entrepreneur. Quite the bold and outgoing individual, she isn’t afraid to put herself out there with new people and experiences. She won’t allow herself to be held back or boxed into anything. In fact, she welcomes new experiences with open arms, thriving off of interaction with others. But, in doing so, won’t take all too much care when it comes to making others like her. She can be rather blunt, shockingly so. She’ll say whatever’s on her mind without restraint, something that she’ll brush past as if it's nothing before continuing on with the conversation. As such, she doesn’t take any criticisms or insults thrown her way all too personally. She has the mentality of “if I can dish it out, I can take it.” But, because of this mentality, has been thought to come off as a bit insensitive. She tends to forget that not everyone has the same mindset and easy-going attitude as her. She’ll let things happen as they happen, and has no particular goals or care for her future. The bigger picture is often overlooked, as for her, there really is no need to worry about a bigger picture at play.

    Religion | Shambala
The Songaskian has a rocky relationship with her religion, to say the least, resulting in her faith being that of a mere two out of ten if put onto a scale. Her interpretation of it has led to quite a bit of turmoil in her past, resulting in her maiming. As such, she associates these bad memories with the religion, alongside the mindsets of those who committed such an act. Her faith in the practice of organized religion as a whole has diminished, albeit she does still practice minimally by herself.

Born a descendant to Lleyvantrakh, Nyima was brought into this world as one of seven daughters of the Saidykhan family; alongside her two identical sisters that made up their group of three, she had two elder sisters as well. Within the next two years, she'd find herself the older sister of two new bright baby girls. True to her lineage and the influence of her parents, she grows to enjoy- to a point- preaching about the Draconic faith alongside her childhood friend, Jainaba. However, as she grew older, her interests changed- as they often do over the years for most children. As such, her eyes shift towards the rest of the greater world around herself. Despite her interest in the outer world, she remains rather quiet. But, over time, grows far more reluctant to believe in the teachings she was often found parroting in her earlier years. With the rise of Draconic loyalists, Nyima takes it upon herself to find a means of defense against those who would do her harm.

Eventually though- after growing bored of the technical self-defense lessons- Nyima abandons them in favor of other pursuits. Considering that she had been at odds with her faith for much of her life, Nyima was beginning to want to abandon her teachings as well. Despite this questioning in her faith, she'd already begun to attract the wrong type of crowd. As a result, extreme draconic loyalists began to tail after Nyima, soon enough developing into the full-on targeting of her completely. Initially, these encounters would be confined to smatterings of remarks from these worshippers, met with absolute silence from Nyima. However, after a late-night spent at the bar seething about Nyima's disregard of them and spouting off what they considered to be anti-dragon propaganda, they decided enough was enough. In an act of rage and desperation, they ambushed Nyima in an alleyway on her way home and brutally scarred her. Not only was she physically scarred, but Nymia’s locks also were damaged in the attack. In an attempt to tamper down the anger and bitterness that was bubbling within her as a result of the attack, she thrust herself into her studies. She began fixating on more specific body care regiments and techniques, setting them into place upon her very own person. Truly, it was an attempt to piece back together the shattered morsels of her vanity and pride. Not only did the attack bring forth this newfound interest in body care, it moreover cemented Nymia’s disgust and essential hatred towards the blind draconic faith and loyalty of her ancestors. Thus, she turned her back upon religion and faith altogether.

With a vague and unrefined knowledge in a variety of fields, Nyima sets out to find proper employment. Eventually, she becomes an apprentice to a play write, one which did the makeup and costuming themselves for all of their shows. Intrigued and antsy to get to work, Nyima sets to learning all that she can from the woman. Growing quite close to her mentor, she learns enough to begin writing actual plays, as well as further sharpening her body care skills. With the aid and encouragement from her mentor, she'd soon enough land herself a job with a traveling acting troupe, as their costumer and make-up artist. Clearly overjoyed with this prospect of being able to see the world- a world in which she yearned to see in all its glory and beauty- and, along the way, earn some money. Overjoyed, Nyima swiftly informed the person closest to her, Jainaba, of this wonderful news. However, Jainaba wasn't nearly as thrilled to hear as much, resulting in an overblown argument, with harsh words tossed back and forth by either side. Feeling discouraged and distraught, Nyima left without another word, failing to resolve it properly before her departure. Turning her back upon all that she knew, she strikes out with the traveling stage show for several years. Refining her craft and providing services to the various members of the group, she grows to enjoy life on the road. Eventually, though, she returns to her village to oversee a performance. In an attempt to make up for what she did when she left, Nyima seeks out her childhood friend and first flame. Alas, to her utmost shock and despair, Jainaba had passed on in her absence. Her grieving soon molds into bitterness and in a strange way to remember what she lost- and avoid feeling such grief ever again- she swore to never become attached to anyone ever again.

In an attempt to ignore the pain that had set in, she returns to her travels as if everything is fine, denying that anything even happened back home. The sole reminder of Jainaba and her promise takes form in a ribbon frequently worn by her former friend. Making loose and casual connections to various individuals from all around Aloria- but staying true to her promise- she refuses to become particularly close or attached to anyone. Eventually, growing bored of the same thing day in and day out, and the monotony of show business, Nyima finds herself wanting more out of life aside from simply visiting new places. And so, the Songaskian sets off for Regalia in search of something new and exciting. Following her arrival to the city, she remains latched onto the bitterness within her heart and sets to finding a place to use what abilities she has in order to make a name for herself.

    • Quality of Life | The woman has a rather decent position within Regalia, holding her own home, which she inhabits alongside her roommate. She had only arrived in the Summer of 308, in search of new experiences and adventure.
    • Occupation | Nyima maintains two jobs, vastly different in purpose. She acts as a guardian of a medic, as well as a personal stylist.
    • Birth | Born as one of three identical sisters to Malick and Sainabou Saidykhan on the northernmost reaches of Farah’deen. She lived a fairly well-off childhood, not particularly interesting or poor.
    • Family Line | Nyima is lucky enough to have six sisters, two of whom are identical to her. She has minimal interaction with her extended family- although, that's not to say she's in regular communication with her immediate family.
    • Main Ambition | The main, driving, force in her life remains her yearning for adventure and exploration.
    • Side Ambitions | Secondly, she aims for success in her career path, and recognition as an artist/cosmetologist.
    • Inventory | The only item that Nyima regularly carries with her is her weapon, a bow in which she's named the Draconic Claw.
    • Accessories | Nyima adorns quite a few pieces of jewelry, albeit, none of which are particularly expensive. Upon her right-hand rests a tarnished ring, with an amber gemstone atop it, slightly ajar. Hanging loosely off of Her left leg, an anklet, rather unremarkable in design. Lastly, a set of matching earrings resembling miniature suns and a ceremonial necklace.
    • Prized Possessions | A dull pink ribbon tied around her wrist. If asked, she’ll refuse to answer as to why it’s significant to her. Likewise, she’ll refuse to take it off, and take offense if anyone notes its dirtied and tattered nature.
    • Facial Features | Spiraling out from the base of her head are a dusty creme set of horns, which curl back a touch before breaking off to form a forty-five-degree angle near said base. Accompanied by a set of smaller horns at her temples, they often impede the flow of her water-like locks. Below these horns sit thin, well-maintained brows, plucked to perfection, and shaped to flick upwards ever so slightly. Likewise, her deep-set and slightly upturned eyes are well cared for, alongside her skin itself. To the surprise of few, one can’t even detect the faintest hint of a dark circle or blemishing, her skincare remaining a source of pride for the woman. The only detraction from such perfection is the triad of scarring on the left side of her face- which falls just flat of reaching her nose, broad in nature. Of course, she fails to showcase this insecurity, instead, focusing upon the positives of her appearance. Her heart-shaped lips seldom showcase any significant emotional responses, remaining fixed. She typically carries with her a fairly neutral expression, either a blank slate or hint of a grin, not all too prone to being impacted by outside intervention. Almost as if a well-regulated facet of her appearance, treated like an accessory to display for others to gawk at.
    • Hair Description | Waves of crimson surround the young woman, flowing out unnaturally in every which direction as if constantly submerged underwater. Four distinct strands of snow-white curl around and intermingle with the rest, standing out and calling attention to the woman. Untamed, she allows her hair to do its own thing, seldom putting it up or containing it in any way.
    • Body Description | Nyima stands at a height of roughly 6’3”, falling along the average for her race. As such, it’s no surprise that she doesn’t particularly stand out when it comes to her body. Her bones are neither small nor large, proportioning nothing all too abnormal. Average, that’s it; with a slightly toned form and a rather lean look to her, she remains undistinguished from the rest. She has a bit of fat and muscle to her in her bust- and her broad shoulders- alongside her forearms. However, not so much as to cause alarm or draw attention towards her as a possible threat to be wary of. The only thing of note would be that of her crimson scales, which are littered throughout her body, prominently featured on the back of her neck, her shoulder blades, and faintly across the uppermost portion of her torso.
    • Fashion Sense | The Songaskian tends to stick to simple outfits with dull coloration and little forethought placed into them. The only string of commonality between her outfits remains her preference for revealing clothing, well suited for warmer weather. Despite being quite opinionated when it comes to the topic of fashion, she never actually applies these thoughts to her own style, instead, focusing on that of others. Most of her outfits are dull, drab, and haphazardly tossed together. This, in part, is due to her confidence. Odd as it may sound, she feels as if there’s no point in dressing nicely. She feels no need to dress up for a particular someone, nor to impress strangers. She's already happy with herself and her appearance as is, so, why should she alter it for the sake of superficiality? In her opinion, if she comes across a person who judges her for such a thing, they aren’t worth conversing with anyhow regardless.
    • Vocal Cords | Despite hailing from Farahdeen, she lacks any outright or noticeable accentation- a result of her numerous years spent on the road. However, in truth, she doesn’t quite care all too much, she doesn’t find it a topic of all too much concern or insecurity, not that she finds many things to be. Nyima keeps a rather neutral cadence, shying away from any significant vocal inflections in favor of maintaining her monotone approach to speaking. Her voice itself is fairly deep in pitch, which combined with her mannerisms, tends to give off an uninterested impression to those unfamiliar. Moreover, she speaks rather swiftly and bluntly, not afraid to cut others off in conversation.
Nyima most certainly has more than a few flaws when it comes to her personality. To begin, she's impatient, to the level of a child. She isn't all too fond of waiting for things, especially over a long period of time. Somewhat ironic considering that she's an artist, a craft that requires dedication and practice. But, she's stubborn, hard-headed. Once she's started something or put her mind to it, she won't be stopping anytime soon. Even if it's a really stupid idea at hand. Part of this can be attributed to her defiance. She isn't one for following the rules, after all, they're made to be broken. She despises restrictions or impediments upon her independence and personal freedom, so, she'll push back regardless of the social consequences. This can be to the detriment of those around her. Of course, she never takes this into consideration when acting out or picking fights verbally. In truth, she's somewhat selfish in that regard. Her vanity tends to rule a lot of her actions, in the name of self-preservation. Yet, this doesn't extend towards the social sphere. She isn't all too concerned with being liked. She likes herself, and so do those who really matter, so, why should she concern herself with the thoughts of insignificant strangers?
When it comes to proper weaknesses, her body isn't without any. In truth, she's often fighting against her own body, a body which makes day to day life difficult at times. She experiences frequent fatigue, resulting in a deficiency in energy and stamina. Her endurance is lackluster at best, and can only last her an hour if she is to push herself to the brink. However, one wouldn't expect as much from the woman. She will never speak of such issues, nor will she let it show. She's used to the unreliability of her body by now and doesn't find it all too interesting or alarming. She figures that all of this is normal. After all, don't most people experience overly flexible joints that can dislocate with minimal force? And skin that bruises with ease? It's normal for one to wake up one day without full sight in their left eye. Visual impairment is a typical issue, and it faded anyhow. She's only partially blind, so it isn't all too much of a concern. Life is the way it is.

Fidgets | Nyima has various quirks, some of which aren't particularly impacted by her mood, and tend to happen whenever. Others, however, occur more frequently when she's happy or upset.
Combing her fingers through her hair.
    Scratching her cheek.
Pinching the seams of her fabric.
Squinting her eyes and clenching them together hard.
Opening and closing her hand, and stretching out her fingers.
Rolling her wrists and making various signs with her band.
    Scrunching up her nose.

Puffing her cheeks out before sucking them in.
    Favorite Foods and Scents
    ‣ Cherries | Cherries are Nyima’s favorite fruit of choice and will pop them like grapes- her second favorite fruit. Dark chocolate-covered cherries, to be precise. The perfect flavor combination.
    ‣ Cinnamon | Ah, the best spice there is. She loves sprinkling it into her tea or hot cocoa, or even just on top of desserts! It has a lot of uses and tastes delicious to her. Oh, and the smell! How can you forget such a lovely smell? Her body spray of choice is actually partially cinnamon-scented.
    ‣ Pumpkin Pie | Her favorite dessert. It’s a good middle ground between sweet and savory, and not too overwhelming in terms of taste.
    Favorite Activities
Art | Between tattooing and makeup, she allows her creativity to flow freely in her occupation time off. An unexpected passion of hers that grew out of circumstance. She’s grateful that she’s stumbled upon the craft, as she finds it to be relaxing.
Cleaning | Contrary to popular opinion and belief, Nyima actually enjoys cleaning quite a bit- in small doses, that is. If she were to clean day in day out, she’d have no room for other things to do! It helps keep her mind off of things when stressed and helps her to feel productive, all while remaining in control of herself and her life.
    ‣ Outdoor Activities | Nyima thrives when she's outdoors and fully in her element. From aimless wandering to the purposeful exploration of abandoned ruins to a night spent hiking through the woods and up mountains.
    Hated Foods and Scents
    ‣ Cake | To put it simply, she just isn't fond of cake, of any variety, especially ones with a lot of frosting. She finds the sweetness to be overwhelming and inedible to a certain point.
    ‣ Kiwis | Certainly, an odd and niche thing to dislike, but, she had a bad experience with a kiwi once, and it left a sour taste in her mouth. The experts, that is, not the kiwi itself. If asked why she isn't all too fond of the fruit, the person is surely in for a ride.
    ‣ Pepper | It makes her sneeze. That, and, she can't stand the scent of it. To her, it smells how she'd imagine poison. Less than ideal, to be definite. She avoids it when she can.
    Hated Activities
    ‣ Outfitting | Shopping and getting dressed aren’t her favorite things to do, not by far. She would prefer to spend as little time as possible tossing together outfits for herself, not all too concerned about that aspect of her physical appearance.
    ‣ Patience | Fairly straightforward. Nyima’s strong suit is far from patience. She far prefers immediate results. If it can happen in the future, why can't it happen now?! Waiting is for suckers, after all.
    ‣ Swimming | Nyima doesn’t know how to swim. She never had to learn, growing up in a desert, and never thought to learn. As such, whenever she tries, she finds herself flailing about as she fails.
