The Chivalric Tournament Hosted by House Haagenvig, sponsored by House Viduggla On April 18th, Markus Haagenvig of the Great Oak Order invites all the members of the Chivalric Orders present in the city and all of its citizens to come hither for a Tournament among the Knights. The event will feature two different competitions and a feast to follow, spanning for two days. Any member of a registered Knightly Order may sign up to participate, along with sending a regal donation for the poor and displaced due to the clickers dealt damage on the city. The first event to be mentioned is The Melee. The Melee follows typical tourney fashion of a one against one in a bracket line up. A reward being granted for the First, Second and Third Place respectively. The Melee will take place on April 18th. The Second Event is The Joust. The Joust is the most straightforward of the two events and see the Knights on horseback attempting to unseat each other. A reward being granted for the First, Second and Third Place respectively. The Joust will take place on April 19th. Additionally, any Ser or Dame who sees them self in the Top three of Both events will earn an additional prize for their Honor and Skill. A Feast will follow after the Joust for all the Knights to celebrate the tourney. OOC Information This is a friendly competition for characters in the various Regalian Knight Orders to come together and compete. Only characters obtaining a “Man of Arms” Rank or higher can participate. Having Proficiency's with the schools relative Weapon and Calvary Combat will help in their relative events but is not mandatory. We will be using a roll system for this event, to be published before the event. The Regal donation is only in character and however much they want to send. This event will last two days, Saturday April 18th for the melee and Sunday April 19th for the joust. The event time is 7pm EST on both days. P.S. Rolls have been updated due to popular request. You can reread the sheet if you like but as a simplified: Roll 20 and then roll weapon/shield/athletics and add them together. PSA Two hours.
