Maxine grew up in a breaking home, with her father progressively becoming a drunk and an abuser. Her mother, falling ill at a young age. She had an older sister, but, she and Max were not together often. She lived a quiet life, with out much action, or interest, and she was okay with that. She was not educated, and settled for her mother's attempts at trying to get her to read, which she cast aside, to stick to art, and being a rambunctious child. Teenage Years (11-18) As a developing teen, it was quickly noticed that she was abused by her father. Her mother didn't do anything about it, from sickness, and her sister, had long ran away to escape it. Max was left alone, with that, and found it hard to make friends with her language gap at the time. She quickly became angry, and that was found to stick to her personality for years to come. Approaching her age of 17, her Father murdered her mother, in a drunken fit, when Maxine was not home. To not only come home to that sight, but to let such lean on her shoulders with no one to turn to, hardened her. Her Father was quickly caught up, and executed, for such crimes, and Max, with that, was left to raise herself. Adult - Current Years (Ages 19-61) With her drinking habits, inherited from her father, and the force of raising herself, jobs didn't come easy, however, crime did. She got into poor choice of groups, and forced friendships, which all around, didn't help her. Eventually, resulting in the loss of her pinkies, and numerous other beatings and wounds, from the Violet Guard. I can expand as needed, rereading this now, I sort of posted late and rushed some of the bits! Changes can be made, is what I'm saying.
Half elves can only have the half elf boosts listed on the Half Races page which if I remember correctly is +10 Staves and +10 Light bow! Please describe sources of the points like +10 Axes Combat Skill (+10 Points) or +10 Staff Combat Skill (+10 Racial) for example! Put expansions under a spoiler pls! Steampunk style doesn't really exist on massive but does to some extent, it's a bit more just victorian era clothes here and there with medieval themes. I would expand on this a bit but otherwise pretty good. I would reword this to be a bit less direct. Expand a bit more on her interactions with family! It's a bit like the first. I wouldn't really implement this as a weakness but rather something more fitting under family and friends in personality maybe? would be more subtle with this or imply it. everything else checks out though but feel free to expand on stuff. wonderful read! be sure to tag me and highlight edits in blue when you're done.

you cannot reduce the flat bonuses given by racial/cultural proficiencies. would recommend picking another. racial bonuses are not tallied into the physical stat. due to new proficiency rework this is now a 2x bonus +10 Axes, +5 Unarmed x2, +5 Athletcs x2 = 40
currently her points are around 33 and her age is 28, i would recommend just reducing one of the stats to -1o for the duration of her vampirism like, axes for example, but don't add in other points to fill the gap. she technically only would have 18 points due to vampirism. it's a bit confusing with the -7 vampirism and -3 here and there and so forth. i would recommend clarifying more specifically and defining a body build when she's a vampire or when she's not if you plan to change her back and forth often, if not, just clarify she's a vampire for now and revert it later.

Five points over, the +5 bonus stops at 60 and the character caps off. They may only have +60 Points!
