    Personality and Abilities (Required)
The following is required when filling out your character application. In order to explain the character’s personality, we will ask you write a paragraph to respond to each question, and we’ll provide some examples to give you some ideas. If you want to be helpful to reviewers, make sure to bold the keywords you are using that are traditionally seen as traits:

    • First Paragraph: To most people, Grogin appears to be rather dumb. While he is not a complete idiot, he certainly lacks common sense. While not overly violent, Grogin comes across rather harsh and aggressive to those he meets. He is certainly very curious, asking a lot of questions and trying to learn as much about people as he can (though not much really sinks in.). He can be kind, even quite loving at times, but most of the time he is tough and stern. His personality tends to vary due to his short attention span, or Attention Deficit Disorder. While he personally prefers to be quite civil and calm, his half-orc traits cause him to be quite bad tempered on occasion.
    • Second Paragraph: Grogin lacks a lot of self-confidence. While he wants to see himself as a tough warrior, he really is quite insecure about himself, especially his intelligence. He doesn't like it when he is called stupid or dumb, as it deeply upsets him. Grogin just wants to do his best and show off his best. However, he is often crippled by severe self-confidence issues that stop him from pursuing certain goals. Grogin doesn't appreciate people confronting or commanding him unnecessarily and will often meet such interactions with violence. While he has every intention of keeping the peace, sometimes he just cannot control his anger.
    • Third Paragraph: Grogin is not as violent around his friends. He feels more comfortable with them, so is less prone to outbursts. If anything, Grogin opens up more to his friends, telling them what little he knows about his own feelings. He can come across rather like a gentle giant, sharing his interests and hobbies through mild conversation. Grogin was never very close to his mother. While she did raise him for a portion of his life, her death really stopped them forming a good relationship. Grogin has a lot of respect for Moven, the elder that adopted him, as he raised him from a young boy. He wishes he could find his father, to discover who he is.
    • Fourth Paragraph: Grogin is Chaotic Good. While he has good intentions, he is prone to sudden outbursts. Grogin is not an avid follower of the law, but he knows what is wrong and right. His morals are straight; he will not kill, main or insult without good reason. Due to his short temper, Grogin is known to use aggressive techniques to achieve something others would view as morally "good".

    Life Story (Required)

    • 30th March, 270 AC: Grogin was born to his Orc mother, Achnid Woodlayer, amongst a small Orc tribe in Daendroc. His father is unknown, but is known to be an Ailor. Though being a Half-Orc, Grogin was reluctantly allowed to stay in the tribe, though faced tough scrutiny.
    • December, 272 AC: Grogin begins light sparing amongst the younglings of the tribe. He is not very good, considering his smaller form. He is often bullied and picked on by the purebreeds.
    • August, 275: Grogin's mother is killed in battle with another tribe. Grogin is adopted by the tribe elder, Moven Skinscratcher. While not really loved by the elder, they see Grogin as a good "project", training him as a hobby of sorts.
    • January, 280 AC: After many years of light training and sparing out of the pit, using whatever weapons or objects are available to him, Grogin is finally trained professionally by the local School of Beorl. He begins to improve on his fighting, most notably becoming very good with the Warhammer.
    • March, 284 AC: Grogin has been training for sometime. He is now very skilled with the Warhammer.
    • May, 290 AC: Grogin finishes his education at the School of Beorl. He takes up the occupation of a local "gladiator", fighting for entertainment. Outside of work, Grogin is renowned for starting very inventive bar fights, usually smashing up whole establishments. He is soon given the name 'Tavernwrecker'.
    • June, 290 AC: Grogin speaks to his elder, who advises him to leave the tribe due to his excessive outbursts bringing shame to the other members. Grogin decides to leave Daendroc, taking a ship to Regalia.
    • July, 290 AC: One in Regalia, Grogin finds himself rather bored. In-between his various bar fights, he takes up the hobby of baking. He finds it rather calming.
    • July, 295 AC: Not really achieving much in his first 5 years in Regalia, apart from becoming a rather skilled baker, Grogin decides to search for some new friends. He begins to hunt down people to join his make shift tribe, that he's humbly named "The Grogerers". He finds a few drunkards, the occasional slum dweller. The tribe doesn't really find its place in gang warfare, but has been known to start rather large bar fights.
    • September, 300 AC: Grogin decides to drop the idea of his tribe, taking some time away to put his fighting knowledge to use. He becomes a traveling gladiator, adorning himself with beads and fabrics because... well... that's what every other traveler did. While not being the best fighter, he was surprisingly reliable. He worked up some good fans.
    • March, 306 AC: After 6 years of traveling, the Gypsy Tribesman Warrior returns to Regalia. After witnessing the battles against the Arkens, Grogin was inspired to rediscover his battle-side. He now wishes to find some new friends, hoping to form "The Grogerers" again.

Adjust this to simply the same points as his age. You do not need to add up all the points.

You need to remove 10 of these points, as you already invested 10 into a school. You would have 26 remaining to spend.

I feel there are slight contradictions here, but doesn't necessarily have to be that way. You should explain why it is he can be kind at times and curious despite his stern and tough exterior. Saying simply it can happen can be confusing, because it makes me feel his personality is inconsistent. Please explain why he acts different at those times, or go to some length to make everything more consistent.

This feels very skimpy. Expand a little bit if you can, and also go into detail about his anxieties. It wouldn't hurt to expand more about what goes on the inside of this character. He can be a lot more than just "Dumb Orc tough warrior", and I know you want him to be, but you need to expand a bit to not fall into that pitfall.

How does he feel about his family? Even if not relevant to roleplay, it helps to expand on things and makes the character feel more real if he has opinions on his own blood and what that means.

This is hilariously short. Please expand a good bit on this paragraph, and morals and opinions on law, justice, order, etc. are still relevant to even warriors.

Please make the edits in purple and @ me when done. @StarkFromAway

Just realised I hadn't changed the age to match the points. I'll age him up to 42, leaving him with 32 points.

@Mooffins Changes made. Reworked the app to change school, also.
