The Cardinal Courier Company is a recently formalized group. True to its name, several hired hands are couriers--those who run messages and parcels to people across the city--and a few are legally recognized mercenaries. Typically the Solvaan run the mercenary show, which remains the same in the majority population. How this company differentiates is its distinct absence of a Solvaan commander of forces.

» CAPTAIN VEXES is a Half-Ailor free runner with legal pardons to accept mercenary jobs. Known as the "best mercenary captain in Regalia," they are accompanied by some of their prolific company members, some of which have extended legal pardoning to carry out and execute mercenary jobs with the equivalent of a Solvaan Exception Form.

• ‣ FENRIC: an experienced Half-Eronidas warrior. He also has a legal pardon under the Cardinal's banner to accept mercenary jobs.
• ‣ JEAN SAINT-JEAN: a popular, confident Beauty Arkenborn who isn't just a looker but throws a nasty sucker punch, too. He has a legal pardon under the Cardinal's banner to accept mercenary jobs.

The Captain has held the Regalian Mercenary Keep as their headquarters for nine months.

• This company accepts delivery and mercenary jobs. Almost any played character can hire these mercenaries.*
• I'm always open to pulling more people in for mercenary RP. Some examples include staff-coordinated events for groups to travel into Gloomrot to defeat monsters, acquiring jobs from the criminal underbelly of Regalia, getting jobs from the Regalian nobility, Knights, and more.
• You do not have to be a Solvaan to have some involvement in this company.
• This will be a mercenary group in Amontaar. If this appeals to you, I'm happy to discuss and find a way to include you if possible.

(*Note: Argentum Knights are probably the only group who will ever receive a hard "NO" from this group for taking on mercenary work. This stance is entirely IC.)
