LIFE STORY / PLOT HOOKS - Volokh'orr was born without magic to an extremely powerful lineage of freshly-turned Kathar Mageborn, and hid this fact until he was barely a teenager. He was thrown out and hunted down to be killed by his parents upon their realization of this fact, and barely escaped the fledgeling city of Parthalaar with his life. His activities since then have brought him to all corners of the globe, tangling himself in the stories of various cities, people, and world events.
