    Party Boats (4044, 70, 7043)​
    ✧ If an existing venue, will you need it re-decorated for your event? If so, how?
    OVERALL:
    • The crystal lanterns in the sky look nice but I’d rather them just be “regular” lanterns. Like paper lanterns. If you wanted to, you could also “hang up” the actual lanterns above the dancefloor when you make it.
    • All the dragon stuff needs to go, as well as the flags that are hung up around the place.
    • Needs to keep the flower/floral/summer theme.
    • Colors of chairs/rugs need to change. Dealers choice, just not what is on the boat currently.
    ENTRANCE BOAT
    I want this boat to be the “social rp” spot.
    • The bar from the middle boat needs to be put on this boat.
    • I like the little lounge to the immediate left. It can stay. Please change the colors.
    • Food/drink tables need to be put up somewhere with space for people to get to.
    • Game at the back of the ship needs to be replaced. I’m not sure what, but it needs to go.
    MIDDLE BOAT
    DANCEFLOOR BOAT!!
    • Wipe out the majority of the stuff on the boat. Make it more dancefloor esc. The bar needs to go. I also want to be able to stand at the top of the stairs to announce stuff so I need that table cleared from up there. : )
    • Mostly everything here is free game. If you think there is something that needs put on the boat please do so.

    - Yes, I would love to have a casino built for the event. If there is an old building we could use that is fine but I was wanting a large ballroom and multiple tables of the same games such as the following: Darts, Roulette, Billards, Blackjack, arcade games like balloon pop, strength, fishing, etc etc.

    - The Conference Hall in Regalia or a brand new building? I'm flexible.

    If the Conference Hall is used, just the same as I wrote above! So a large dancefloor, maybe a super fancy chandelier, and the lines and lines of gambling and arcade games.

    I just need some cute little like candle offering things like inside the temple outside and them some floating lanterns in the sky. Nothing major just small little decor like that to make it look like an outside event.

    There is already a hunting trail available with pop-up events at /tp rothburg, would you like to use that venue instead? You can switch over to the festival grounds after the hunt by tp'ing back over

    Yes. I'd like some decorations like these found in my plot at /tp creative. Feel free to copy and paste with WE is you want, or improve the designs if you can. The screen should probably be further back than the gamelan orchestra.

    - The first spaces that came to mind for this kind of event were the Elf Ballroom or Hostesse, but if there are more appropriate venues available then that would be great! I mostly need a party venue with enough room for dancing and socialization, but it also needs to prominently feature the art pieces at the same time. Hopefully something like that can be arranged!

    - I need some panels and displays for around 8-10 different paintings, as well as a dancefloor and all the appropriate decorations you'd come to expect in any regular ballroom.

    ✧ Where would this event be located? The party tent of the Tournament Grounds, and some of the surrounding grass
    ✧ What decorations will you need added/changed, if any? I'd like for there to be a theme of summer with colors of red, yellow, orange and gold for banners, carpets, etc. There should be some space for dining tables or a dining area, but also: A test of strength game, a lawn-bowling lane or two (can be inside or outside), some tables set up for crafts, a large fire in a brazier or pit with open space around it, and a tower with a telescope on it. The tower doesn't have to be too tall, perhaps 5-6 blocks off the ground, and if possible, the telescope build itself should be pointed north in-game. Finally, sunflowers and other summer-time or colored flowers would be great to decorate the area in and around the tent.

    ✧ Where would this event be located? I was thinking in a secluded newly built area of sorts where it wouldn't be in the city

For inspiration but I really like the idea of their being shrines or little altars with the people's names who sign up (I will add them here closer to time) or just reach out to me. I like the idea of a lot of bright colors, candles and like floating lanterns, and just a very like calming setting with seating near the shrines and things. At the entrance there would be like a table with flowers and candles that people can "grab" as well.

    • A footpath that goes out of the mountain-facing entrance (1543 217 6237) and ultimately connects to the footpaths behind crookback (1490 129 6510), it would be nice if there was a walkable path to the respite since there is no tp for it (prevents me from having to ask for tps every time I have an event there)

    ✧ Where would this event be located? I would really like a new area built for this as I have a bunch of things going on during it (Maybe it can be used for a christmas staff event as well?) I am hoping since I am submitting this a month in advance it will be possible but please message me if we need to alter some things!
    ✧ What decorations will you need added/changed, if any? I would need a sledding area/obstacle course (with boats) that is maybe a large loop around the entire event area. I would then need an ice skating rink with a large wintertide tree in the middle, a hot cocoa stand, and a super cute trail around the area with some ice sculptures for carriages and walking. Feel free to add some chirstmas themed fair games or some other small fun activities as I plan to maybe host a few things there throughout December/January.

    I would like to have the feasting table temporarily moved into the entrance room to make room for a dance floor and for the elevated seating to be removed in favor of a stage for musicians/poets. Having some seating around the edges of the dance floor may still be good, maybe just some benches/beds to save space. Nobody lives there anymore, so some of the furniture upstairs can also be cleared in favor of some extra space if needed, but I don't expect it to be necessary.
    I'm not picky about the layout, so feel free to adjust as needed to accommodate space for eating and dancing, or whatever makes it easiest to return the center to normal after the event. Just clearing out the seating area in the front room may be easier than moving the feasting table in there, but that puts the dancers further away from the music.
    As for decor, the center is already Northern-looking, but having some festive drapes or hangings might be fun, or maybe even some tartans on the walls if possible. If it's possible to lean more Gallovian with Velheim with the decor, that would be great, but I'm not really sure how to do that.

If at the Jousting field I would like to transform the entirety of the field into a large open ballroom with plenty of tables with food/drinks lining around the center to ensure there are places for Knights to sit but also enough room for dancing. Then have banners of each Order and all other decor would be Empire colors.

    If at the a custom place, pretty much the same vibes!
