Banning travel to Drowda entirely is completely short-sighted and un-informed. The Sihndar of Drowda rely on support from Regalia to keep the Demon-Scourge at bay, and completely inhibiting travel to it will make criminals of Knight Orders, fighters, and any other Military Aid sent to Drowda. If the Foreign Minister wishes to protect Regalians from the Capital city going into singular suicide missions to fight demons, His Eminence should specifically advise against that, but whole-sale banning travel to Drowda will do more harm than good. The Foreign Ministry wishes to inform 'Anathema' that this decree on travel is applicable only to the civilian Regalian citizenry who are not enlisted in the Regalian State's Military nor any Knightly Orders commissioned by the State or Crown to lend aide to Drowda. This decree has zero bearing on the State's ability to lend military aide to Drowda and is in fact being done with the anticipation of quite the contrary.
