Character Information Full name: Yoliyamanitzin “Yoli” Poxictl Race: Maquixtl Huactl Maquixtl Age: 22 Gender: Nonbinary (he/they) Occult: Cahal Core Concept A former alchemist that has over time started to lose himself to Cahalism, Yoli is a character that is struggling to find who he is again with a mind still clouded with affliction. Appearance Information Typical Yoli is a 5’10 Hauctl Maquixtl that is rather lean in build. He has lighter shade of brown hair, a tan skin tone, and blue eyes. Typically they wear a lot of brighter colors, consisting mostly of the primary three, with geometric shapes and lines to the outfit. Cahal Form Gaining about a foot in height, Yoli becomes a large, bird-like creature of stone and crystal in his Cahal form. Arms become crystalline wings with three talons where his hands would be, with a mixture of cyan, lavender, and black coloring on them. A long, sharp beak comes from his now white, bird skull like face of calcified stone where there are six additional black eyes with two large cahalic blue ones on the side. The calcified stones around their torso make up a rib-like structure that seemingly protects a ravine of red crystals down their center. Sharp protrusions come from his spine down to where his tail begins, decreasing in size as they go down. The rest of their body, meaning the vast majority, is made from a polished black marble with white streaks throughout it on his legs. Spirit Form For their Spirit Form, Yoli's frame becomes more slender. Their design is rather asymmetric, taking on a more sea monster like appearance. They have two tentacle-like protrusions from their head that appear to be like a ponytail of sorts with another covering their left eye while the right, yellow eye remains uncovered. The left side of their face is also taken up by a large, toothy grin. Additionally, they have fin like ears. Their right hand is more claw like while the left is not. He was born to his two parents, being the middle child of three. Parents died at a younger age though, so he and his two siblings ended up in an orphanage for a while. Yoli spent most of his childhood messing around with fabrics and textiles actually, rather than science though this interest did exist at the time. As a child though, he more so wanted to be a fashion designer until around the age of 14 when he decided that genetics and science were far more interesting to him. At the start, he did a lot of work mostly on fish, though not more than what he could from a book. At some point during early adulthood, Yoli consented to the Totonal Avarr ritual. Around the age of 21, he began traveling to try and learn more. Life was a bit harder than he would’ve liked outside of Guldar though, not always getting what he wanted. So he took to crime at times to get what he wanted or to make quick money. His travels eventually led him to Regalia where he is trying to continue his studies. During a trip outside Regalia as a Cahal, Yoli was studying magic. At some point during this research and his travels, he became invaded by an Exist spirit. This spirit still resides in him. It wouldn't hurt to make mention of Yoli's religion (or lack thereof) here. Make sure to clarify what Technician Branch you use here. Is this the Demon Alter form? If it is, I'd mention that somewhere here for clarity. Mark any changes in blue , and tag @Tag me when you've done that!
@ezalB major prof overhaul. Went from Technician to Artificer. Edit: Lots of Updates came out. Some additional stuff like spirit form and backstory part were added. Fixed Cahal form to be made of stone and fixed the Commutable Points for it. Also whoops, he's a Cahal again
