I do outfits only, this is to keep the wait down for those who just want an outfit for their character. If you want a full skin you can get one but it may take longer. I don't charge more for a full skin but I will give disclosure that other skins will take priority; I also don't do bribes. Examples! Typically, my skins don't take longer than a day or two depending on how much I have going on and the complexity of your request. It may even just take a few hours.
