Regalian Archery Tournament of August The Duke of Elane, His Grace Rodrigo Peirgarten is proud to welcome the denizens of Regalia to witness the archery contest of August. On the twenty-second, the Duke invites the archers and professional marksmen of Regalia from all walks of life to participate in a grand contest with the chance to earn several prestigious prizes. All with the ability to hold a ranged weapon are welcome to sign up for the tournament. However, known public criminals, Kathar, and Slizzar will be barred from the grounds for the protection of the commonfolk and nobility. Three winners will be chosen based on performance, with the following prizes promised: First Place will be rewarded with 5,000 Regals, as well as a sturdy, expensive and elegant longbow/crossbow (depending on the winners choice) with golden outlinings and floral engravings in the wood, dubbed "Goldenshot". Second Place will be rewarded with 1,000 Regals, and an expensive golden chain necklace with a large crest attached with bronze outlinings, and the symbol of a marksman engraved into it's center. Third Place will be rewarded with 500 Regals, and a single favor from the Duke, within reason. Furthermore, all three winners will have the right to boast being the finest and most talented three archers in the City of Regalia.
