They’re also empathetic, to the point of being emotionally affected when others talk about the difficult times they are going through. Auridian also often feels lonely and isolated from others, but their desire to help others keeps them going. Religion: Vultragon Unionism, Silvershroud Sect, 9/10 – Auridian is a Unionist Priest/Celate and is a devout follower of Unionism. Their patron is Ness, given her kind attitude towards the forgotten and the non-Ailor, although they will invoke all the other divine beings in their prayers. As a Vultragon Unionist, Auridian does think critically about their spirituality and what others in positions of authority are trying to convince them of. Life Story: Childhood (0-18): · One of the many eggs that fell from the carrier ship in 261AC would land in Daenshore and eventually make its way into the hands of a vacationing Dressolini couple and their young children on their way home Montania. They had never seen an egg like it before and their children wanted to bring it home and raise whatever animal it was. Not having much to protect the egg with, they placed it in a bed of hay as they travelled. Shortly before arriving, the egg hatched, revealing a newborn Maraya. · The couple decided to raise this strange newborn, which they named Arianna dei Savarolesta, since they assumed the child was a girl. In Maraya culture, Auridian would probably have been recognized as a boy, although, in the end, they identify as neither. They realized the only way this child would be truly accepted in Ailor society is if Auridian became a devout Unionist. · As the locals gossiped about the strange child, the dei Savarolesta family gave their child less and less attention and the child spent more time at the local monastery with the local priest. This Celate taught Auridian how to produce an incense that would prevent infection from vampirism as well as ways to fix up wounds people may enter the temple with. Early Adulthood (18-30): · Everything changed when news of the Maraya Swarm descending on the Essa Empire broke, revealing the Maraya’s presence to the world at large. Auridian sailed to Hadar as soon as the war concluded to learn more about their past and to try and convert new souls to Unionism. Most of the Maraya in the area were not willing to convert to a religion and continued to follow the Tohn Sona. However, they were willing to talk about the Maraya and taught Auridian Shalota. · To honour their heritage while still reflecting their lived experience, Auridian adopted a new first name (Amdilin) and style of dress, while still keeping their last name and desire to return to live among the Ailor. · Their faith in Unionism only growing, Auridian travelled to Vultaro and underwent the process to becoming a Celate at the nearby Divine College of Clastism. Afterwards, they also attended the Regalian Ecological Academy to gain a doctorate. Adulthood (31-present): · Auridian has spent their time since travelling around Vultaro, Montania, and the nearby lands converting others to Unionism and working to provide Hearing, Reliving, and Blessing services. · They also developed their violin and singing skills, which they had worked on over the years. · Eventually, Auridian desired to see the holy city themselves and so decided to travel there to continue their duties as a Celate. Shortly after arriving, Auridian imperialized, renaming themselves to Auridian Luxvenia.
@Antimreoir Did a major re-write of the character to turn them into a Unionist Priest, which is the direction I want to take the char. I didn't mark my changes in any colour since basically the whole app has changed.

Update: Amdilin dei Savarolesta has adopted Imperial Culture and has renamed themselves Auridian Luxvenia. Not going to tag or ask for a re-review, since only the name has changed.
