Her eyes are very oval, sitting under large eyelids that holds up rather large, dark eyelashes. Due to lack of good sleeping conditions, dark rings often form under her eyes, a pair of bushy eyebrows sitting upon her browbone, separating her eyes and small nose from her rather normal forehead. The womans haircolor is a dark brown, often very messy or tied up into a braid. Her eyes, an violet purple. Since being reborn as a Archblood, her eyes glow with a sort of bright violet color. Her chin sits rather small but strong in relation to her sharp jawline. Her neck is a bit hollowed, not too long nor too short, holding her head up proudly. Her body is rather thin over all since food hasn't always been a thing Filth has had access to. Her form is very feminine though, rather lean and agile since she has to be able to move very quickly. Large burnmarks, scars, stretch diagonally from her rightside abdomen to the left lower part of her chest. She is rather average in height, a bit above perhaps, sitting at 174cm tall. Her skincolor is usually rather pale, though during the summer she gets a bit of a golden brown color, depending on how much time she spends in the sun. Filth usually wears some kind of brown, nature materialed Ceardian cultured clothing. However, she doesnt lean very much to the feminine side, often being seen wearing tight pants and a linen shirt as the base. Over this she would wear an additional garment, a coat with an attachable piece which would serve as a hood. Holding the two garments together is a leather belt with a large metal belt buckle. A pair of woolen stockings would be worn in her shoes for warmth, her shoes being leather, in a boot-model, bound snugly to her foot for a perfect fit. When wearing a braid, Filth wears a silver hair pin in the back, being one of the only family heirlooms of hers still in her belonging. Though since she doesn't have a lot of clothes - all of her attire would be sunbleached or damaged in other ways by the elements. Washed out in the hem, due to puddles splashing on her, edges torn due to getting stuck in things, etc. Filth's voice is very smooth, silky. The situation determines the speed and the volume. Even if she has doubts, she feels like she owes something to someone. A big weakness in many situations, is that Filth is absolutely terrified of big uncontrolled fires. A fire from a stove, a fireplace or a candle is alright, but any bigger fire than that and she is petrified with fear. Being sort of childish in that sense, Filth doesn’t like taking orders or being told what to do from someone she doesn’t know or respect. She will gladly do anything to help if asked in a kind way by a stranger, but when someone feels entitled enough to order her around she completely flips it around and refuses. This doesn’t involve being told what to do by an employer or such, it mainly concerns just normal people that don’t really have any authority to give out orders in such a manner. WIP Being stressed. Filth is so very used to being stressed that it is a part of her everyday routine. That doesn’t necessarily mean that Filth has managed to completely be able to control or leash herself in regards to the feeling and she absolutely hates being under pressure. She was born to a mother Cora and sister Flora but no father, whom had passed away in an accident right before Mary was born. Childhood - Mary grew up as any other peasant child would. With no time for education or rest she helped her mother and sister around the farm all day. She fed the chickens, carried in water and cleaned. Whenever she was allowed to take a break, her favorite thing was to spend time with her sister, go to the river or play with the other children in the village. Mary was always a happy child, she never complained or questioned why she had to work all day. She understood why her pulling her weight was important and that cooperation in their community was very crucial to their survival. Youth - Mary noticed at an early age that her sister was special. She could for example, light the fire in the furnace just by looking at it and uttering a few words. This was very exciting to Mary and she would always encourage her sister to show more of what she could do but their mother wouldn’t allow it, locking both of them in the shed in the garden whenever Mary and her sister Flora were caught playing around with Flora’s abilities. As a good sister, Mary always comforted Flora when she felt sad and sat up at night, telling stories to keep her sisters spirit up. When she wasn’t cheering her sister up, she would sneak out a night to see a village boy whom she fancied. They played and got up to no good and he taught her how to fight in secret, as Mary's mother did not approve of Mary learning how to fight. It started as play fighting with sticks. He was very skilled, as his father had been the one teaching him and his brothers. Mary appreciated her friend teaching her, even though they knew they weren't allowed. Teen years - As they years passed, Mary grew older and aged into a responsible young person. Helping her mother now was extra important to her since she was starting to get frayed from all those years of extra hard work, being an only parent and having an entire farm and two children to take care of. Of course, Flora and Mary did as much as they could, even more now that they were older. Mary and her childhood sweetheart grew up and became good friends rather than lovers. They still had a blast together and now that they were older, they practiced with actual swords instead of sticks. Learning how to fight was important to Mary, in case she would need it one day to protect herself or someone she loved. It was in her teen years that Mary’s mother taught her the art of making candles, which was a family tradition. Not necessarily only as a business but also as a hobby. Mary would pop over to the nearby town and sell them on the marketplace, go from door to door with a wide smile. Late teens - One day when Mary was returning home from the market with her wheelbarrow that she had been using to carry the candles, she noticed large and black smoke-beams on the horizon. She thought it seemed odd, that’s where the village should be. And upon realizing, Mary hurried home as fast as she could only to find that some of the poorly built wooden houses in the village stood in flames, among them her own. Devastated after realizing her mother must still be inside, she foolishly enough tried to save her poor mother. Unfortunately, when the village folk had managed to make it safe enough to go in the house, both Mary and her mother were in bad shape. Poor Cora was long gone before Mary had even gone in there. Even Mary was presumed dead when they got her out but miraculously enough, Mary made it. About a week afterwards when Mary woke up in the small village hospital, she woke up feeling nauseous and had some sort of ringing noise in her ears. Presuming she was still weary from the accident, Mary returned home to whatever was left of their little house where she was being taken care of by her sister Flora. Weeks passed and Mary didn’t seem to get better, experiencing odd faults with her vision which involved seeing everything in a purple/violet hue. She also became increasingly wary and confused, not knowing who or where she was. One morning, Mary woke up suddenly, gasping for air. Without any explanation to why, Mary turned to her magical sister and began strangling her in her sleep. After that little freakout, Mary went through a complete meltdown, questioning herself and her decisions before she gathered whatever things she could and fled into the night. Early adulthood - All Mary had was her backpack and the road. She had some food and some coins that she had managed to take with her, but not much else. She travelled through the dense Dragenthal forests, heading west. This trip, alongside with the traumatic experiences she had endured, tore on Mary’s mental health. She forgot who she was, where she came from - she even forgot her name. Mary spent most of her early adult years travelling alone, barely managing to stay alive. She stole and bartered and begged just to make it through the week. And after having the name “Filth!” shouted after her numerous times it was the name she started going by. Filth eventually reached a small town right by the Schön River where she managed to buy herself a place on a ship heading out, with the final destination being the Crown Isle. Disregarding her extreme fear of water, determined to leave Dragenthal. Now - Filth has found herself a place to stay in Regalia and spends her time doing anything that can get her the money to pay the rent. She still makes candles, selling them along the streets. She works in pubs and bars, cleaning and doing their dirty work - just to get a crumb of bread at the end of the day. Filth wants to find herself again and start anew, hoping she can do just that in the Crown Isle. Spoiler: IC Chronicles and happenings -: First year in the Crown Isle :- [*]Filth arrives in Regalia. Since gaining more friends and people to interact with, people to look up to, Filth has increasingly been trying to become a better person and focused on self-heal with the help of others. This involves trying to remember who she is, as she has long forgotten due to her past traumas. [*]Still in Regalia, in early autumn, Filth joined a mercenary band led by Julius Peirgarten, earning herself some decent coin and a few friends. She hid her treasures and found herself a less windy place to live. A hole in the ground, under a staircase. It wasn't much but it was a home. She dragged down wooden planks for flooring, blankets and a bedroll, fabrics to nail to the dirt walls, a pit for a fire. She was content. [*]Fall and winter came and Filth distanced herself from the people of the city, often leaving to hunt. Survival became crucial to her now as her cave grew colder at nights when the fire had died out. And with the mysterious creatures lurking the streets, clicking in the darkness, promising there's no-one there when there is. She seeks shelter in the Graygate district. Where it's safe. They cannot follow there, the things. [*]As spring comes lurking about, Filth looks back on the past year and learns that she has blossomed. All the people she had met taught her a great deal of life and of herself, a lesson she will never forget as it has become a big part of who she is now. Due to some help from a friend, Filth has taken big steps to remember who she was, though these memories are still foggy, she has a better understanding of herself now, leaving her less crippled for everyday activities. You can ease the effects of a disease, but you can't fully cure the uncureable. [*]Once the blooms of spring finally flowered and summer swept in over the land, bringing long nights and warm days, Filth was taken under the wing of a certain dragon priestess. This person had grown to become rather special in Filth's eyes in her determination to help and guide Filth to become more comfortable with what she is and what she can do. What her purpose is. -: Second year :- [*]Seasons pass and so does the hardships of the ruthless cold winter that had swept over the Crown Isle. A place where this particular Archblood has decided to permanently settle. Come spring and summer Filth was renting a house in one of the not too dirty districts in old town. A place to call her own and where she could be alone whenever she wanted it. Though keeping her distance from most these days, Filth still follows the dragon-faithful carefully. A change in the ranks among the Archblood in the city has however made her suspiscious. Though she will continue to show up when summoned, if not only to keep a watchful eye over it all.
