    La Directiva de Casa Playero
La Directiva de Casa Playero is essentially the Playero family court. It is inspired by the Imperial Court and is supposed to encourage activity and involvement within the Playero family. However, positions are also open to non-Playero family members in order to reward family staff, allies, and El Gustazo employees.

    Qualifications for the Directive

In order to qualify for a position within the family court, a candidate must have been present in the last two regularly scheduled family meetings. A regularly scheduled family meeting is a meeting that was announced two weeks in advance. Regularly scheduled family meetings can only be called by the family Vocero (Speaker). Special family meetings can be called at any time by anyone for any reason.

Quorum is established at three family members.

    Positions within the Directive

    • El/La Vocero/a: House Playero does not have an official patriarch. Decisions are made democratically during family meetings. However, due to the way Regalian Law works, House Playero must recognize an unofficial family patriarch or matriarch to represent them in events and meetings. The unofficial family patriarch/matriarch is known as El Vocero or La Vocera. This position defaults to whoever is the "most influential" family member.
      • The current Vocero is Eloi Playero (@Wilvahelm).
    • Los/Las Abritros/Arbitras: In order to maintain family harmony, House Playero has a panel of judges who resolve family disputes. This position is reserved for OOC family leadership, plus the most active family member.
    • Supervisor de Conductas: This position exists in order to preserve the family's good standing by establishing the parameters for acceptable family conduct. Though only members of House Playero are likely to be knowledgeable enough on family conduces to report them to the Supervisor, anyone can theoretically file a report. Violating family conduces will result in a trial before the Arbitros of the family for a proper punishment to be determined. If an Arbitro violates family conduces, the entire family whole votes on the punishment instead of just the Arbitros.
      • The current Supervisora de Conductas is Cottona de Playero (@Mad_Gadfly).
    • Gerentes de Empresas: This position exists in order to guarantee that Playero family businesses remain active in the community. They manage the family business, make family deals regarding the business, and hire members to the family business.
      • The current Gerentes de Empresas are Ximena de Fuerzainter (@sinhai) and Mariona Playero (@HeyItzAPotato).
    • Señor/Dama de la Casa: Recognizing that not all members of House Playero are as politically aware as others, House Playero has chosen a family member to act as a liaison between the family and House Playero.
      • The current Dama de la Casa is Reselda Playero (@Berternie).
    • Padrino/Padrina de la Casa: Recognizing that not all members of House Playero are capable of planning crime and acts of political sabotage, or maintaining positive relations with other clandestine groups, House Playero has chosen a family member to act as a liaison between the family and House Playero.
      • The current Padrino is Eloi Playero (@Wilvahelm).
    • Jefe/Jefa de Entretenimiento: This position was established so that House Playero had someone to delegate event planning to. The Jefe de Entretenimiento decides the location, time, nature, and guests for each event, as well as runs the events themselves.
      • The current Jefas de Entretenimiento are Reselda Playero (@Berternie) and Ximena de Fuerzainter (@sinhai).
The decisions of any Directive member can be overruled at a regularly scheduled family meeting, except the family conduces and the verdicts of the family arbiters. Directive members can be removed for inactivity, by a family vote, or by challenging them to a duel for their position. Duels are supervised by the Arbitros and the Supervisor de Conductas.

More positions can be established as people become more active within the family. To do so, either propose them to be OOCly or propose the formation of the position during a family meeting.

    Recruitment

Recruitment happens IC. Anyone who meets the qualifications described above can hold a position within the Playero Directive, even if they are not Playeros. They only need to be elected during a regularly scheduled family meeting, or defeat someone who holds a position during a duel supervised by the Arbitros and Supervisor de Conductas.
