    Childhood
    Layla was born in Optikios(Major City in Etosil) and is the daughter of Lilith Monou (Ailor) and Jack Wilson(Rahket Asha).
    Adolescence
    Early ages she spent time learning medicine and cooking with her 'adopted parents'.

    In her teen years Layla began to spend time around the ones who were mistreated and afflicted with sanguine curse.
    Early Adultyhood
    •As a young adult Layla became a sanguine, joined a coven and caused problems for everyone.
    Adulthood

    •Layla grew past being a sanguine and went to a school for medicine, then is now trying to manage her life with an overwhelming amount of jobs and her own family.

    Childhood
    Layla was born in Optikios(Major City in Etosil) and is the daughter of Lilly Monou(Ailor) and Jack Wilson(Asha).Jack was a greedy man and hold told Lilly that Layla died from birth. In which her mother believed him. A few days later, her mother traveled back to Regalia, while Jack took Layla a week later after Lily arrived in the city.
    A year later Jack was still taking care of Layla in another house while still visiting Lily here and there.
    When Layla was around seven years old her father had 'left her' or so called Amber stabbing him. After witnessing that she ran out of the cottage, only letting her fear move her. A few days of being in a forest alone she stumbled into the city to find some sort of other shelter. While she was wandering around she had met someone named Ferryn who was willing to take care of Layla.
    Ferryn had taken Layla back to her village (Village located north of Daendroc)
    along with another person called Ruku. Layla treated the two as her parents but she favorited Ruku the most.
    After 11 years of staying there Ruku became very ill and ended up dying. Ferryn and Layla traveled back to Regalia. Layla moved away from Ferryn when they got back to Regalia and traveled into the sewers.
    Young Adult
    At age 18 she met two young sanguines in the sewers named Emily and Hayden. The 3 formed a group and had a rose vine tattoo on their arm for a symbol of it.
    While Layla stayed more in the forests sketching things the other two friends stayed in the sewers fighting anything that they saw. The group became not as close as she thought they would be and later started to find out the two of her friends used Layla more than being her friend but Layla didn't mind it until she got older. After a couple years went by her friends started to act more dangerous towards her. Eventually the 2 became insane and attacked Layla anytime they were together. Emily and Hayden attacked Layla until she was at the point of almost dying. At that point Layla had had enough and the next time she saw them she fought them both. She had won the fight but ended up killing them both. After a while she started to get over her two friends but never will stop having guilt over her shoulder about what she did.
    Around 20 she became a sanguine and caused problems for others as well as joining a coven.
    Adulthood
    When Layla was 24 she grew more fond of medicine and later went to The School of Medicine to become a medic. After finishing with the School of Medicine she traveled Regalia and bumped into someone which turns out to be her mother Lilly.
    Age 25- On a sunny day Layla and her sister Amber were at the Caffee Maria sitting down next to the water just taking, a Capradeim came up from the waters and had attacked Layla. The thing had impaled her in the chest and shredded her hand into pieces. She fell to the floor while the thing fled back to the waters. After a few minutes she woke back up in Wasa arm.
    Age 28-After being freed from the dragons Layla spent most of her time studying magic and dealing with her new affliction...

    Unarmed Dodge
    allows the user to have 1 guaranteed Dodge Counter. A Dodge Counter can be consumed to avoid a Melee attack (Not a Melee Mundane Technique!) or Mundane Technique from the Ranged Weapon Point Buy Category. The 1 Dodge Counter refreshes at Server restart, but cannot refresh mid Combat Roleplay.
    Knockback Sweep
    allows the user to make a wide arch-swing. Anyone within Melee Range on either side or in front of the user must decide to dodge back by 5 blocks, or take the guaranteed hit. This Mundane Technique has a 30 minute cooldown.
    Leaping Charge
    allows the user to instantly leap to a Target person in Emote Range. This Mundane Technique lands the user with the same relative positioning they were prior to using it, for example, if used in front of a Target, the user will land in front, not behind them. This Mundane Technique grants initiative, meaning the user is allowed to immediately chain up the use of this Mundane Technique with an attack. This Mundane Technique has a 30 Minute Cooldown.
    Magic Points
    Healing Hands
    So long as the Target is out of Combat and not actively participating in a Raid, the user can fix up any wounds or damage the Target has sustained within 10 minutes (or longer if both parties agree), regardless of how severe the wounds are. The user however cannot restore lost limbs, and the Target must be immobilized for this healing to apply. The Target cannot return to Combat within 1 Hour of being Healed, otherwise all Healed wounds return as they were before healing.
    Stable Protection
    The Mage is capable of attaching their life energy to that of a person that they are able to physically touch, preventing them from dying no matter how severe their wounds are. Physical contact must be maintained, and the Target still needs to be healed one way or another before the Mage can let go.
    Celestial Essentials
    The Mage is capable of manifesting all kinds of light-themed aesthetics on their character such as glowing hands, a radiant sun-ray aura around their head, a halo behind their head, glowing eyes, glowing lines covering their body in a variety of patterns, any clothing they wear can have a gentle glow, and their hair can have a gentle glow.
    Glorious Incantessence
    The Mage can activate a higher state of Celestial Magic that causes their entire body to be made of light, and their voice to speak with any manner of effects (two voices at once, celestial echo, louder bass, etc.). While in this form, the Mage casts light in Emote Range around them thus lighting up Mundane Darkness, but not Magic based Darkness. This Form also still makes the user recognizable.
    Warding Beams
    The user is able to summon a beam of energy onto a single target within range. The user is able to walk around while upholding the beam, but cannot attack or use abilities while doing so. The target is repulsed from the user, making approaching them impossible, but still allowing them to move in other directions. This ability is able to be upheld for 10 Minutes, and goes on a 20 Minute cooldown once it ends.
    Illumination
    The Mage can summon a ball of light in the palm of their hand that illuminates dark areas. They are able to hold onto it as a lantern or place it on something or someone as a fixed point of light, or have it float around them magically. They are able to summon multiple lights within a rental region they live in that can hover around permanently.
    Celestial Empowerment
    The Mage while in Regalia is able to draw sustenance from exposure to any Celestial body, requiring no food or water. Additionally, the Mage can manifest glowing eyes, glowing tattoos, or a magical sundisk and see through blindfolds or eye coverings they choose to wear.
    Restoration
    The Mage can restore simple objects and liquids to their most clean and functional state using light magic. This does not apply to weapons, armor, or complex machinery but can be used on any other object to fully repair it and clean it of any grime, dirt, or damage. If used on an object that had writing on it prior (such as a book), the pages will be restored, but any writing will not remain. If used on liquids, the user can cleanse it of any additives or poisons, making it clean and safe for their consumption. This cannot be used competitively, or to confer advantages in combat.
    Weapon Summon
    The user can summon any type of weapon from Melee Weapon Point Buy, or Ranged Weapon Point Buy made out of Magic. This weapon functions like a normal weapon would, has the same durability, but does not use any ammunition to fire if ranged. While using a Summoned Weapon, all Mundane Techniques used with it are instead classified as Abilities of Magical nature. A destroyed Summoned Weapon cannot be Summoned again for 12 IRL Hours.
    Magical Storage
    The user can store up to a closet’s worth of items inside a pocket dimension or alternate dimension. They must magically summon the opening and physically move items in and out through the opening. Only a single weapon can be stored inside a Magical Storage at any given time, and living things or artifacts can never be stored inside Magical Storage. If a person with this Ability is Knocked Out, the contents of their Magical storage will spill out in front of them. Additionally, they can aesthetically remove/store more objects into pockets/pouches/bags etc. than what they could reasonably carry based on their space, or can pull an object from one pocket that they've put into another pocket, but this cannot be used to interfere with Pickpocketing.
    Home Traversal
    The Mage is able to enchant any rental region or clandestine base that they reside in, changing the structure at a dimensional scale while they’re inside it. While this enchantment is active, the user is able to move instantaneously from room to room at will, with no regard to the actual layout of the building. Additionally, the Mage is able to walk along the walls and ceilings of the building with little regard for gravity. Once combat begins inside the region, this enchantment is disabled.
    Defy Gravity
    The Mage is capable of levitating and floating a block off the ground. This can be used while falling from any height as well, slowing their fall and avoiding any lethal fall damage upon impact with the ground, but does not protect them from any ground effects or abilities. The Mage is also able to manifest minor aspects of space on themselves, giving their clothing or hair a weightless appearance. This cannot be used mid-combat, but can be used mid chase.
    Arcane Knockdown
    The user can target a person within range, knocking them off their feet. Once knocked over, the target must spend at least 10 seconds to stand back up before they can act normally. This Ability has a 30 Minute Cooldown.
    ICe Magic Modifier
    The Mage summons a patch of ice beneath the target, causing a delayed knockdown effect. The target can choose to move and end the effect early, knocking themselves over for the normal amount of time, or remain in place for 10 minutes to allow the ice to thaw.
    Cryomancy
    The Mage is able to summon and animate snow or ice crystals in the air, allowing them to create silent images of frost for entertainment purposes. Additionally, the Mage is allowed to freeze up to a gallon of water through direct touch. This cannot be used competitively, or to confer advantages in combat.

    Snowstorm
    The Mage is able to manifest falling snow around them, keeping the atmosphere cool around them as it’s falling. As soon as the snow hits the ground, it quickly evaporates back into the air. Additionally, the Mage can attach patches of ice or ice crystals, or frost, to their body or hair. This cannot be used competitively, or to confer advantages in combat.
    Glacial Body
    The Mage is entirely immune to cold temperatures, and is able to hibernate within sub-zero environments. Additionally, the Mage is able to reverse the effects of frostbite on a willing person. These effects only apply in Regalia.

    Body Claws 1 Constant passive self
    When fighting with Unarmed, the user gains +2 Strength Proficiency (that cannot be spent on Point Buy) for as long as they use Unarmed. The moment they use a weapon or stop fighting, this effect is removed.This effect is caused by the Asha Claws. Asha Claws are counted as durable and sharp, enough to be considered bladed weapons. They can brace other weapons, and tear through armor.
    asha Speed Constant Passive Self
    The Character is permanently as fast as an Asha. This means they can outrun any other Race, unless they also have “As fast as an Asha” as part of their Abilities or Mechanics.
    Lightning Immune
    The user is immune to any damaging properties of lightning and static electricity whether that is from a Mundane Technique, Ability or Environment. The user is never struck by lightning and is never harmed by electric discharge. This does not apply to optional lightning aesthetics being applied to Magic Abilities or other than the Storm Magic Pack, but it does make them immune to Storm Magic Pack’s Ability. The user can conduct electricity from one point to another without harm.
    Dewamenet Legacy

    The Asha Living Metal is inexplicably linked to their Mundane status. If an Asha becomes Occult whether through Affliction or by learning Magic, Asha have certain Abilities and Specials disabled. Higher Speed, Warring Metal, Aiding Metal, and Intrusive Metal can no longer be used, and any Special mentioning Living Metal is also disabled
    Steam Control
    The Asha have a great deal of control over the temperature of water, both ambiently, and within close proximity to them. The Asha are able to flash-boil any liquid on them, causing it to instantly evaporate. Additionally, they can flash-boil any larger amount of liquid near them, causing it to instantly develop steam. Steam never hurts an Asha, nor does dry heat. This liquid boiling cannot be used to harm others or in Combat.
    Sulfur Control
    Asha claws have curious sulfuric attributes. When struck against hard porous surfaces like stone or metal, they produce a flint-and-steel like spark, thus being able to ignite cigarettes or small tinder. If an Asha claps their hands together quickly, making the nails touch, they can produce harmless gunpowder explosions that produce a loud clap, flash of light, and puff of smoke. Flicking their nails can also produce a firecracker-like effect. This cannot be used to obscure vision in Combat.
    Predator Vision
    Asha have night vision in dark environments and at night, giving them perfect vision in darkness. This allows them to see even in low light environments inside, but does not protect them against Ability based Darkness. Asha also have excellent depth vision, allowing them to snatch for example buzzing flies from the air with ease.
    Feka Gifted
    This Special is only for Feka Asha, not for full blood Asha. Feka Asha are unable to connect with Living Metal in the same way full blood Asha can. However, Feka Asha can still use Living Metal as an Engineering Branch, they just cannot use Living Metal Abilities or use telekinesis on it. Additionally, they may choose Engineered Automata Pack or Engineered Biotics Pack for free without Point Buy investment
    Feshawatmancy
    The Asha and Feka-Asha can also control a substance called Feshawat, which is similar to living Metal, except see-through and made of glass. Additionally, they are only able to steer it and shape it while making physical contact with it, but otherwise it behaves like Living Metal. Feshawat is fragile and despite its liquid form, can be shattered with weapon impact. The controller can also give it any color they like, or any texture or inner material like glitter or color ribbons within the glass-like material.

    Vampiric Glamor
    Vampires have a Glamor, the ability to perfectly imitate their pre-infection appearance. However, a few things break their Glamor, and make it obvious that they're a Vampire. If they use any Abilities gained from the Commutable Points (not Specials), feed, or are targeted by some kind of forced reveal Ability, then the Glamor breaks. Glowing red eyes is the universal sign of Vampirism across all Vampire Forms and visual designs. A Vampire may choose to walk around without their Glamor.

    Vampiric Bloodlust:
    Vampires are cursed with a hunger for blood: food and drink do not sate them. Their curse means that they do not age, so long as they continue to drink it. This even extends their lifetime beyond what is natural (although Vampires over 200 require hibernation to sustain themselves). If a Vampire stops drinking blood or is cured, they rapidly re-age. While this will never kill them, it makes them old and frail, until they acquire fresh blood or are re-infected. When Vampires are exposed to blood, they become anxious and have to suppress the urge to drink it, which can compromise their ability to keep up a Glamor.
    Vampiric Feeding
    Vampires can feed on unconscious or restrained targets by sinking their fangs into their neck. This only requires a few seconds of contact, and is painless for the victim, while also erasing any memory of the feeding and any memory from the last 24 hours that would allow them to conclude that the person who fed on them was a Vampire. It is not possible for a Vampire to feed mid-combat. Vampires can feed from a willing target for a longer period of time, or allow any target to remember the feeding. As well, if a Vampire successfully feeds, within the 10 seconds after they finish feeding, they can instantly teleport to their Rental Region, or a Noble Estate or Clandestine Base that they belong to. They must be out of combat. Anyone besides the victim who sees them teleporting will remember.
    Vampiric Infection
    Most Vampiric infections happen through biting. However, Vampiric infection is consent-based. If a Player does not want their Character to be infected, they will receive Blood Sickness instead. If a Player does consent, either the Character can be instantly infected, or they can go through a slow process of infection where they have Blood Sickness and are corrupted over the course of a week before succumbing and drinking blood to turn. Blood Sickness causes -2 Strength and -1 Constitution for 72 hours after successful feeding. (This does not affect Point-Buy Packs.)
    Vampiric Influence
    Vampires can subtly and telepathically send desires, emotions, and feelings to a target non-Vampire in the area around them. They cannot interfere with actions or movements, or does it work if their target is mid-combat. These sensations can never force a target to act a certain way, but the target's Player can decide to give in and do what the Vampire wants. This influence only lasts as long as the Vampire is in Emote Distance. With the OOC consent of the target, the Vampire and target can agree for the target to become the Vampire's thrall, who obeys every command given by the Vampire to the letter until Exorcised. Additionally, Vampires are immune to any Specials that would mind-control them, unless they want them to work.
    Vampiric Presence
    Vampires cannot be detected during Server Events or Player Events that are recorded in the Calendar, including Imperial Court events. Anyone who wants to attack or capture a Vampire during one of those events forgets what they were doing and that the Vampire was there, walking somewhere else. This effect is broken if the Vampire attacks anyone or ridicules anyone there or the host. The Vampire must leave before the event is officially over, as they lose Vampiric Presence immediately when it ends.
    Vampiric Visions
    Vampires may send visions or dreams to those they have fed on. These cannot trigger when the Character is actively doing something else, but can be constructed entirely as the Vampire player wants, and communicated OOC with a time/date and whether it is a waking vision or sleeping dream. Vampires can continue to send visions to victims until they are Exorcised. If the visions are OOCly disruptive, the victim may offscreen Exorcise themselves to get rid of them.
    Vampiric Physiology
    Vampires do not naturally breathe and do not require oxygen. They can exist underwater and in vacuums, and can never be suffocated. As well, they are not affected whatsoever by the cold, although they can still be inhibited by snowfall, and frozen in place if encased in ice.
    Vampiric Familiar
    Vampires are able to summon a Vampiric Familiar. It can be any type of small housepet such as a rodent, domestic canine, domestic feline, bird, small mustelid, rabbit, pygmy pig, reptile, or amphibian, or any other kind of small, domesticable animal. All Vampiric Familiars have some kind of bat-like features imposed on their natural form. They cannot be used in Combat RP and cannot be harmed by others. They can however carry hand-held items and interact with the environment, as long as they stay in Emote Range of their owner. If the Vampire already had a Familiar, it becomes their Vampire Familiar instead.
    Vampiric Dressage
    Vampires are able to magically change their clothes. They can change the texture, color, pattern, shape, and appearance of any fabric or leather clothing piece. Additionally, they can instantly and seamlessly summon or resize any article of clothing on themselves. This Special cannot be used to summon armor. However, it can be used on any Vampire Thralls the Vampire might have, while within Emote Range of them.
    Vampiric Form
    All Vampires have an alternate appearance called a Vampire Form which is a Special Transformation that changes their appearance to such a degree it can also function as a disguise. Vampiric Forms can have a number of additional traits such as extra arms, eyes, horns, wings, tails, spikes, tendrils, appendages and more. It is important to remember however that a Vampire Form is purely aesthetic when it comes to Combat Roleplay, so for example, extra arms cannot be used to wield extra weapons, though outside of Combat Roleplay they can be functional to perform non-hostile/competitive actions like pouring a drink or holding an item. Vampiric Forms have an additional set of rules that must be followed:Vampiric Forms may never imitate other Transformations of other Abilities or other Races. Additionally, some element of red must be prominent, but exactly where is up to the player.

    Please specify that these are Hobby Points, just for clarity's sake.

    Your character cannot have learned Modern Altalar from a friend. You can only have Modern Altalar as a free language if your character grew up in an Altalar dominated location.

    I recommend that you specify where your character was born and grew up, perhaps this could justify the Modern Altalar language. I'd also like for you to go back and flesh out your character's life. Her entire life-story reads as being abused and mistreated, and that has the potential to turn into a cliche.

    Make these changes, record them in red, and tag me when you're done.

    I wanted to change a few things with Layla again.
    I do not know if there is a special rule with changing Point-Buy proficiencies. I left the two
    abilities that I wanted to change there just incase I wasn't able to change them and forgot what I had originally.

    I was going to change Ritualist Bright Flash to Ritualist Planarspite and
    Ritualist Mythtelling to Ritualist Ghostcall

    I also changed her Melee combat and Range Combat again.
    +10 in dagger and +5 in throwing.
