Dear Arthur, I hope this letter finds you well. I have recently moved back to Regalia's Inner City, and guess what has happened. Leeches run rampant through the Isle, again. Remember when we found that red paint near Uri's house, and thought it was leech blood. Good times, good times. Despite the chaos, Hollows is still going on, and if you or any of your posh friends need a costume of sorts, I still happen to tailor. I might just go as a Leech for Hollows.
