    An Imperial Court ball event.​

    30-40 - open to Nobles, Imperial Respect Knights, House Staff (within reason), etc.​
    ✧ Is this a public or a private event?
    Semi-public, focused towards the Noble Com.​
    ✧ Will you need staff actors? If so, how many and what roles?
    None!​
    ✧ Will you need something built for this? If so, what? (New venue / building)
    Completely new venue. An outdoor venue, with florals done like the examples linked - but with a high roof, like the palace build for the debutante ball (not that high, but that sort of high-ceiling vibe). I enjoy the lattices of some of the examples, but if that doesn't work, that's fine. Just the vibe.

    Enough space for end rods to be dangling down like little fairy lights - I like the little shimmers they have more than lanterns. I'd like the florals to be either red, black, or white if possible, to match the event's theme - we're keeping it under wraps until the reveal post, but I can get in contact with World and explain if necessary. We're going to need a black and white checkered floor, and the support pillars should be either white or black (they can alternate if you want, but should be some form of marble IC). Outside of those pillars, I'd like little seating/lounge areas - not a lot, but I'd say a bit of social space for people to have their "broods outside the event+" or dance break RP. There'd ideally be food and drink on the sides, with seats - sort of looking at the debutante ball's lounge bits to the side for inspiration here, but if you've got other things, that's cool too.

    Room to dance, with a little elevated stage at the end. We're going to need tables for awards and room for Court officials to be onstage, as well as the people receiving the awards - we'll have everyone remain onstage until all the awards are given out, and I'll give World an idea of how many we need for that.

    If you have any questions, let me know! I'm being sort of vague here to preserve the mystery of the ball theme/workings, but I can absolutely fill World in.

      • A fishing trip for the male members of the peerage on the open oceans. Deep-sea fishing and partying on a luxury Ithanian yacht.

      • Between 20-30 people hopefully!

      • It is a mixure I suppose! An open court event, but with limitations on who can come.

      • I will need three staff actors! One to act the role of the aged Ithanian captain, one to act as a gourmet chef, and another to act as either a whale or something like so that we'll hunt!

      • If there isn't a boat build out in the ocean, then I'll need a boat that is out on the open oceans, and that looks like The Ithanian Providence on this page, that can house thirty or so players. Preferably in Imperial colors.

      • If there is a build suitable for what I need, then just re-decorating it to be fit for a party (banquet tables, wine barrels, nice decorations, imperial colors, etc.) would be perfect!

    @HereticTakao There's actually a campground already established in the mountains at - 3679 , 159 , 6521. Provided you don't need staff actors or anything built, you're free to host your event there whenever.

    Yes! We will need as many staff actors as we can get for the second day of the event, Saturday the 31st of July. They will all need to be dressed as clowns. Literally not joking.

    We have a list of challenges (6 but only 2 of them are needing to be built from scratch) we need builds for but we’d prefer to keep them secret until the event. We have a document detailing exactly what we’d be looking for to be given to whoever picks our request.

    We were hoping to have lodging for our contestants in the Hostesse estate. Both upstairs floors need to be split into two bedrooms, one male and one female, with a communal space in between. The very top floor should be the “supreme” suite where the winners stay, so decadent decor with luxury items such as a minibar, a hot tub, whatever you can fit This floor should be decorated in a magenta/gold palette.. The floor beneath should be laid out similarly with a male bedroom, a female bedroom and a communal lounge but not as fancy as the floor above as this is the “loser’s lounge”. This floor should be decorated in a cyan/gold palette. The lounge on the ground floor can stay exactly as it is except recoloured with magenta, cyan and grey. The dining hall should have a magenta table, a cyan table and a grey table. The basement should also be transformed into a room much like the two upstairs bedroom floors above except this is where the eliminated players stay. This floor should be decorated in a grey/gold palette.
    The courtyard should be decorated in magenta, blue and grey. In the farthest area of the courtyard with all of the statues, I need an area to collect votes similar to the hopper/chest system in the Assembly Hall to be built.

    Yes, please! I'd like for the Festival Grounds to be re-coloured in a Summery theme, like yellow and orange. I'd also like for the pit in the arena to be made into a simple little performance stage.     Yes! I would like to get the Imperial Progress courtyard (less there is a better place) made up all nice and pretty with candles hanging and pretty blue/purple banners. There would also need to be a table for each family to sit at (I'll have a doc of estimated family members from each house to make it easier). I would also like a few telescopes and a small area for music to be played!

I would like for there to be a small kitchen made in the little tent to the left, then a darts board (I can send the rules) over by the checkers board, some small little flower pots/displays if able, and then the long covering with the center table, I would like the heads to be changed to flower pots and things like that as well as some beverages if that can be done!

    ✧ Will you need something built for this? If so, what? (New venue / building) - Im hoping to hold a duel activity in A dueling ring with wooden staves around it that will be lit on fire. So I would like a Big enough dueling ring to be built for the festivities in a nice location.

(Existing venue / building) - If possible to a celebration tables set up and maybe some decoration to fit a kathar theme to it, such as banners in red and gold. I would also maybe ask for 14 staves to be placed into a circle ring to be burned as part of the event festivities.
