Having been thrusted into the city by his other "forms" wishes, he finds himself in a foreign city - battling himself on top of differing ideologies within the Ailor capital. They've arrived only shortly ago, only within the city for 4 months so far. They do not live in any particular housing, and seem to drift between inns or wherever mercy takes them. Telarol the hateful priest, and his wife Aslra the kind caretaker and lover. Born an only child of the pair, and raised with the expectation that comes with it. There is little extended family to speak of, but most reside back in the cities in Daen. Noriille hopes to resolve his long internal conflict with his father's and mother's memory, and leave the toil of life to fade into the Exist. Asaille is naturally more joyous than her counterparts. She would wish to spend such time in the company of others, and spreading it forth to others. Typically when she is in a good mood, as often she is, they will attempt to find others to enjoy that time with. If she is simply content, she will be struck with a necessity to find a cool glade or bath house to enjoy the warmth and serenity of such peaceful locations. How would your character respond to experiencing Fear? Asaille is the least capable of handling fear of the counterparts. Typically breaking down under such easily, and attempting to avoid 'dark' places. They will begin crying in fear easily, and seek others to try and protect them. Due to their pacifist nature, they will never fight in a fight or flight response. There is only flight for Asaille. How would your character respond to experiencing Stress? Asaille turns to sweet in times of stress, or in their absence, running from the situation. They will never deal with their problems head-on, and favor waiting them out with their natural Altalar longevity. Somebody else will get to it eventually, and there's always better time spent - like socializing with friends and potential converts. How does your character view Law and Authorities? Asaille fully and utterly respects the law and authority figures. They are not one to question the law or the order of those with authority in situations. They simply go with whatever is the order of the day, and favors just trying to work with and negotiate with the 'powers that be.' They will never knowingly break the law, even when not in the presence of others. How does your character feel about Races other than their own? Asaille admires all of Estel's creations equally. She believes that each and every race was a divine gift from She herself that willed them all to work together to defeat the Void menace, and to intermingle in order to form a great unification of the races. United in strength and ideology rather than the petty conflicts of 'differences.' How does your character feel about Religion for themselves, and other faiths? Asaille respects the individual right to worship other faiths, but is still dedicated to spreading her own faith. She will constantly socialize with others with almost always the express purpose of trying to find more converts, or show others that her faith is as great as their own if not better. They will constantly socially pressure others to their view in what she views as a kind action, but will never 'force' any thought upon another directly if they so request it. How does your character feel about the Arcane and Magical in the world? Asaille is in tune with the natural beauty of the world, or as she views the arcane as natural beauty, and loves to be surrounded by the essences of the Exist. They favor temples, woodland areas, but do not in turn mind the more mundane regions of Regalia. They view each 'gift' given by the Exist as something to be cherished and nurtured - never to be hidden. How does your character feel towards their family? Asaille is a nurturing, maternal type of person. They will always take in lost souls and treat them as family even if she has none truly herself. To her, everyone is family - and family should be loved and relied upon. While she is no true protector like Tenille, she will always promote the growths of those she surrounds herself with. Both to protect herself, and to protect their family. What is your character the most proud of about themselves? Asaille is proud of her 'diplomatic' nature. She is proud that she is not hot-headed as Tenille, or as much a nervous wreck of a social creature as Norille. Constantly butting their head into conversations and trying to make new friends is the pinnacle of what she views as her achievements in this life. What motivates your character to move forward and better their life? Asaille is constantly moving forward to become her own image of Estel and Vallea specifically. Hoping to attain the same virtue as the goddess she admires fully. Each obstacle another to test her self to the image she hopes to represent one day. Constantly trying to break out of her fearful shell, and to invoke the true will of Vallea. What is your character's biggest insecurity? Asaille is constantly insecure about their crippling inability to stand up for them self. While she certainly is pacifist, and takes pride in that, they are also unfortunately aware how much that can set them back when they go too deep into this pride, and find themselves as the mercy of others. What is your character's biggest fear? Asaille is the most fearful of losing the 'struggle' between the other forms. They fear, as likely the others, of losing both each other and their own ' sentience', if one could call it that, if one of them were to gain full control. Character Alignment Chaotic Good Character Personality Type The Defender Character's Religion Faith of Estel 10/10 [In progress :)] Childhood (0-16) "Every child comes with the message that Estel is not yet discouraged of Est-Allorn." - Unknown Est-Allorn Priest. Born to the Est-Allorn priest, Telarol, and their wife Aslra within a city in the elven principalities. Grew through childhood a single child. Raised from a young age to adhere to the faith and its doctrines. When at the age of 10 Noriille was already being taught Est-Allorn Estellian scripture, barred from playtime or socializing until he recited the verses perfectly. Due to much of his time taken up by his father reciting verses and religious teachings his social life throughout his younger years was vacant. What little of better memories lay in this time come from his mother, and the sweet smell of baked sweets when he was home. At the age of 14, his parents grew distant. Though such signs had long been present. The pair finally split, but his father would take control of him from here. The last memory of his mother left to him is a kiss goodbye, and the smell of the baked goods she gave to him as a last gift. At the age of 16, Noriille was raised strictly by his father - and lived most of his waking hours within the Estellian temple, cleaning or studying. Adolescence (17-29) "You were made by Estel and for Estel. Until the Est-Allorn understand that, life will never make sense." - Unknown Est-Allorn priest. After some time working in the local temple, Telarol decided it was time Noriille went his own way. For what reason is unclear, but the result was crystal - Noriille would live from there in an Estellian structure similar to Unionist monasteries in hierarchy and conduct. Living further into the more forgotten woods of the empire, the more critical points of his life began. First studying linguistics with fellow priests to understand older religious texts, and to prepare for missions in foreign lands to spread the faith. With such, came the chance of harm. But the monastery did not believe in killing truly, and taught instead a form of warlash combat - trained in the ways of subduing heresy or threats. With just slightly more freedom than when he was with his father, Noriille had taken up a hobby of learning body art from the local monk trained in religious body-markings. Assisted as well by his ascetic nature that's origins started with his father's lectures, he found a natural talent for taking care of his body - knowing how much he needed, and the removal of excess from his life. As the young elf neared the age of 30, it was time for the monastery to prepare him for his missionary future. They parted upon him just a few more wisdoms - a varied style of arcane sorcery, which they favored over the ritualism some monks would prefer. Adulthood (30-142) "Honor your father and mother. On this, shall you be granted a joyous life in the land Estel has given onto you." - Unknown Est-Allorn priest Once he had finally reached the age of 30, and thusly adulthood, the monastery prayed for his safe being and gave him supplies for his final trip. After the customary journey around the remnants of the old empire, Noriille would travel to most corners of known Ailoria. Everywhere he went, he did his best to spread the word of Estel. The convene with the locals and expand their minds. He learned much of languages in this time, solely to survive at times. Few cared for his words, fewer still even listened to them. It filled him with worry, hatred, and sadness. The few enjoyable moments throughout his trip were within his usage of his Flux Shift abilities to change forms. He had taken the first form in memory of his mother, and the second in memory of his father. When he desired comfort and the anonymity to release his emotions freely, he would take upon the form of his mother. The last caretaker he truly knew. When the time came to fight, Estel forbid, he would take the form of his father to feel courage and protected from his enemies. He was not a caretaker, but he was the last true wall he knew. In time, Noriille became attached to these forms. Strangely, he started to distance himself from his own 'body' when within them. He believed he was different within them - somebody else. Somebody deserving their own names. Somebody who he wasn't. Onto his mother's memory form, he gave the name Asaille Throman. A fragmented stitching of names. So did he give on his father's memory form the name Tenille Athour. They were special - they both deserved names. As his mind weakened from the stress of having no true home, no social life, and no family - when he adopted the other forms he began to start losing himself in them. After a long time on the road, Noriille eventually finally lost his true self in the 'masks' he had made to protect himself. Asaille and Tenille became 'individual' in his mind. They grew their own desires, their own stories, their own likes and dislikes. Soon enough, they started taking 'control'. Though truly, Noriille was always in command - he had simply lost the knowledge that he was. Eventually while in-control, Asaille guided the 'group' to Regalia. She desired to commune with the Ailor in their own capital, and to find a 'home' with which she could take care of Noriille and Tenille within. With all 'three' in Regalia, a new chapter in the life of 'them' begins. The story of them just truly beginning.
