Diviner Sakeena is honored to host alongside her judges for this event; Countess Amelina Peirgarten, Grand Marshal Avox Petrou, and Marinoor. The Spring Victual Fair invites the citizens of Regalia to present their favorite delectable food or drink to share with their community and to enjoy the wondrous presentation of different cuisines from local chefs and restaurants that will be on display. As a chance to indulge in food and drink for free, it is also an opportunity to win prizes. Throughout the evening, citizens not only have a chance to enjoy appetizing items, but will also be able to vote what they found the most delicious for three categories: beverage, entrée, and dessert. Drink, entrée, and desserts will be tasted beforehand by judges. Participants in the contest are permitted to bring an item for each category, but only one item per category. The Spring Victual Fair wishes for all to be creative with what they bring, as long as it is plentiful to share! Entry Information IC Name: Aoife Name of the Food/Drink/Dessert: Panko Chicken Ramen Food/Drink/Dessert Description: The bowl starts with a hearty base broth from 42 slow-cooked salmon and a small duck, the juices drained and the meat sliced to preserve for later. The noodles are cooked and then added to the bowl with Spring Onions, Bok Choy, and the prized center, Panko Chicken. Chicken slices are covered in an egg wash, floured, double dipped, and then fried at high heat to result in a crispy crunchy outside and a flavorful inside.
